i worked at mcdonalds for 20 years. starting in the 80's when things weren't as assembly line, pre-prepared as they are now. this makes me miss how breakfast service went. it was very freestyle like this

Great idea for that egg! How many minutes do you cook it for to achieve a 'poached' effect? It's a bit harder considering you can't just stick a temp. probe in it to check if it reached 63C 😅

Yes mate!!! The vegetarian options are class. Was working last night and on the menu we had risotto. If youve ever seen hells kitchen where a customer wants an egg. Same thing happened last night. He didn't get it. People please understand the kitchen is a very stressful place to work. Especially if the chef works with passion. You ask for an egg and think hey its just an egg but to a chef an egg is 3-4 minutes away from the menu. Respect chefs. We prep for hours to make a service succesful.
The amount of ads shown is too much. If this is a setting you have any control of I urge you to change it. It’s spoiling the content, which is excellent.
I don't know about ads, I guess the longer the video is the more ads RUclips puts on. I've been using premium for years as I hate ads, I think it's worth it 👌😀👍

@@MrT2022 ahhh so thats what the green sauce is, but i would reccomend still adding oil on the grill before putting the vegetables or the protein to avoid burning the griddle and avoid the brown stuck up spots on the grill "fond"

A soft boiled egg isn’t for everyone 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t even eat eggs but I feel like I would love poached eggs if I did. I make a bangin vegan hollandaise but I can only find vegan eggs scrambled to use for my vegan bennys
As a vegetarian borderline vegan, I wouldn’t eat anything from the grill section because of all the cross contaminations. However it does look yummy and it’s nice to know there are other veg options

Considering people drink raw eggs for breakfast in some diets its not an issue(obviously depends on country but in my country its safe to eat raw eggs). I would say its more of a preference things, like some people do no like medium rare/rare meat and others do both are safe to eat but might not look as appetizing to some.

But raw eggs are safe to eat, yes... its when they've started to cook and been left to cool without being fully cooked is when salmonella is a possible? Or something similar along them lines
I could think of many other things I would rather eat here in Texas. Your cooking style is like a drunk guy raiding the fridge and just throwing everything into a skillet after a night out on the town.

Thursday is usually a roast and the perfect day to use the protein alternatively. A lot of my team was on annual leave; they are slowly all back 👌😊👍

Unless the company/kitchen is strictly vegan, the likelihood of cross-contamination with meat/fish and/or animal produce is very high.

They are 100% safe to eat. Also called soft boiled eggs, they are very commonly cooked and eaten this way in Asia. Chef’s cooked them perfect! 👌🏻
