    This recipe is super easy to put together and that rolling pin!! OMG - my pastry has never been that even before!! Link to purchase is in my Amazon Storefront.
    Raspberry & Chocolate are a match made in heaven.
    The sweet shortcrust pastry recipe can also be used for any other kind of tart you like.

    Raspberry and Chocolate Tart
    Pastry;
    215g plain flour
    30g icing sugar
    175g unsalted butter (cold)
    1 egg
    1 tbsp cold water
    For filling:
    300ml double cream
    150g dark chocolate
    200g milk chocolate
    280g fresh raspberries & some to decorate
    Topping:
    300ml double cream
    2 tbsp icing sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Equipment:
    Food processor
    Tart tin
    Rolling pin
    Baking beads
    Baking paper & scissors
    Large heatproof mixing bowl
    Electric hand mixer/stand mixer
    Cling film
    Oven temp: 180C fan /200C no fan / gas mark 6
    Baking time: 15 mins with baking bead and further 5 mins without.
