Some of these comments are ridiculous. John puts his all into all of his performances. Most performers perform songs live in a different key than the studio version. John's vocals are as amazing as they were 20yrs ago. Check out his luve performances from tge past few years. You'll hear great stuff. Also every vocalist knows not to stress their vocal chords by belting high notes all the time. John did an amazing job here.
Oh and in terms of vocals, I don't think he's changed that much over the last 10-15 years in his live performances. He's always sang in a lower key live than in studio releases (if he didn't he probably wouldn't be able to sing at all anymore!).

He’s gonna be 55 in December and his face looks like they put plastic explosives on him he’s had so much facelift it’s ridiculous the guy had the looks for the ladies in the late 90’s early 2000s now he looks bad his voice is good but starting to fade cuz of years of smoking cigarettes and drinking.

I believe the only thing you are missing (in regards to TV performances) is GMA Slide/Broadway from Chicago, Two Days In February on the Tonight Show, and I know there was a performance of American Girl and another song at some award show. I have all of that on VHS somewhere but can't find it. I snagged most of this stuff. I wish it was available without the Video Pimp watermarks.
@Marshallsg I know what you mean, his voice isn't what it used to be though. Watch Iris with Taylor Swift. That was the first time in a long time where he really went all out with the chorus, and it was awesome!
