BFDI was a dream by 4 is a reference to xploshi who is a youtuber who makes usually cursed and wacky animations. xploshi made one about bfdi in which close to the end 4 wakes up in a room that contains he objects found in bfdi such as a clock. The text then says “was it all just a dream?”

There’s another character planned to have cussed being Lollipop. I don’t remember what episode it was, but Lollipop was supposed to say”No Shit, Sherlock” to I believe bubble. I believe it’s one of the last few episodes that it was supposed to happen.
The episode was "fashion for your face" and she was saying it to leafy.

No, it’s actually different, X told Profily (and the others trying to save four) that Four only WATCHED BFDI, so BFDI is not a dream, it was just able to be watched on TV and/or Computer.
There’s more things that’s show how all the objects shows are connected, one of taco’s line about a alliance with flower, and a cake used in BFDI having a appearance in the first episode of the second season of inanimate insanity

The Two drawings are refering if you look into one of those outside the shown footage on a pre-split bfb(i think its bfb 16), you would find a bounch of Twos, it was drawn by one of the animators practicing to draw Two
