Fun fact a lot of people don’t seem to know : the principal actually wears a yellow bow tie in the game. It’s difficult to see, because it’s almost the same colour as his skin

The reason behind this is actually because the players script wont function correctly without playtime, so they put her invisible outside the bounds so the player could work in the non school enviorment

I love Baldi's Basics. It's such a wacky game with a bunch of fun and weird characters. Honestly I'm sad the fanbase withered away so quickly. Either that or the algorithm thought I was done with it, which I'm absolutely not.

The fact that they added Dr. Reflex from the comic makes me think that they could add anyone at this point.

Micah Mcgonigal was also born in 1999, I believe this is the reason why he chose Baldi's Basics to be obsessed in the number 99 in the first place.
I like how the game is intended to be a horror game when the real horror is the media itself.
The "Gooshoes" code means that the word "Goo" means something very sticky, this means that your shoes will become very sticky where you are now going to walk on ceilings if you already put that code in the YCTP.

The fountain's texture photo was actually taken in a mall. But unfortunately, the mall was demolished recently.
Now all we need is for someone to make an iceberg containing stuff from Classic Remastered. It might even have enough lore for an iceberg on its own without other Baldi stuff. Plus has also had more updates too.

8:15 Dr. Reflex has arrived!!
The lightmap is used to change the color of tiles to the supposed pixel to simulate lights. Hence the name, lightmap
This is a great iceberg video! If you ever plan on adding a few more entries to this iceberg, I've got a few.
Bump sound effect (Layer 2)- In Birthday Bash, there was a bumping sound when you crashed into the wall after 1st prize pushed you.
Water Treatment plant and Wild West (Layer 3)- These are upcoming field trips in Baldis Basics plus. The former will have you keep digester domes from collapsing. For the latter it is unknown what you will do in this field trip.
Chalkles Prototype (Layer 2 or 3)- In the full game early demo, one of the chalkboards seems to have an early design for chalkles.
Cumulonincompoop (Layer 3 or 4)- This was originally gonna be the name for Cloudy Copter. Mystman decided to change the name due to it's lack of sense.
Johnny's Parents (Layer 3)- When Johnny says "my parents would have been so proud that I made a sale" he later shows a slight frown possibly hinting Johnny's past.
Peek a Boo with Beans (Layer 4 or 5)- This is some sort of poster showcasing the mystery room and a much creepier looking beans. (correct me if I'm wrong with this one)
Alternate Tree (Layer 4)- In the old camping field trip, there is another type of tree that has 99 carved on it.
Rare red balloon (Layer 4)- There is a rare red balloon which shows a mirrored 99.
Lunch food sprite (Layer 5)- The vertical size of the lunch food sprite is actually 99 pixels.
You will never leave (Layer 4)- There is a poster in Baldis Basics Plus and some other demos which says "if you have the will don't say never just leave those thoughts." The words are colored differently. But the words in red read "you will never leave." This probably refers to the fact that Baldis Basics Plus is endless.
The Test elevator appearance (Layer 5)- This is a rare occurrence where The Test appears right when you spawn in the 3rd floor. The chance of finding this randomly is very low.
Mystery Room Teleportation (Layer 5)- This is another rare occurrence where Arts and Crafts teleports you to the Mystery Room even without the event being triggered.
Earliest footage of Baldis Basics Plus (Layer 5 or 6)- On October 17th 2018, Mystman posted a video showcasing subtitles for the full game. The video shows some placeholder tiles and a sumdged Baldi head. While the countdown for the lockdown event can be heard. Unused Gorilla in the farm field trip (Layer 5)- In the games coding scripts, there seems to be a gorilla that would have been implemented in the new farm field trip. Of course the gorilla goes unused.
Mrs Pomp in Baldis Basics Classic (Layer 6)- This is actually a theory I came up with regarding Baldis Basics lore. So in the original schoolhouse, there classroom that stood out the most was one with a bunch of chairs scattered around the room, some have even been knocked down. The chalkboard in the classroom says "the world is big class dismissed" and in Baldis Basics Plus, once you enter her classroom she just says ends class abruptly by saying class dismissed. Another thing to back this up is that the classroom looks like that because of one of her outbursts when someones late to her class. While she's not actually in Baldis Basics classic, she was probably a teacher there and this was most likely her classroom. But this is just a theory.

Well, clearly you know Baldi's Basic and its creator a lot more than I do. I didn't think many assets of the game were made way back in 2014-2016. Knowing that the 99 texture full texture is kind of a bit disappointing as it didn't look like it seems to be a cropped image of anything. It still pretty much look the same. Also about its creator...mystman12. Do you think he's weird in general really after all this? Just weird in a good way, not in any weird or gross way. He seems to always make low-quality things on purpose since then... I'm not sure what else to say about this but, this was a great video to watch and I'm glad to see your still uploading...unlike me. lol
About badsum, I do believe that he and baldi are the same person. It could be a colour shift, but I did read somewhere that baldi was meant to have a blue shirt but that was scrapped and changed for green.

There's actually another mod for Baldi's Basics. Ever heard of Spooky's House of Jumpscares? There's a version of that called Baldi's Basics in 1000 Rooms. I'm surprised that this isn't on the iceberg. But at the same time, one of the few people to actually play it was The Frustrated Gamer, and MediaGamesGuide, so it makes sense why this topic isn't on the iceberg.

looks like mystman is going to be adding characters from the baldimore comics
Placeface's test room can still be accessed via "You Can Think Pad™" screen, type 31718, and a message on you can think pad will display: "THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN" for a few seconds, qnd you will teleport into a test room with 2 placefaces, one is the deafult one and the second is the chasing one. I love baldi since the first release, and i still play it today. Also 31718 number is a reference to the date that mystman12 started working on Baldis Basics, March 17, 2018

You can edit music, make custom charts, and characters.
Unlike Baldi which is a single entity, Funkin will always be open to the community developers
The community along side multiple game releases is what made FNAF popular as well if you look at that.

I remember the audio tutorial before it was removed and he was actually right everybody just keeps ignoring the tape message when I watch RUclipsrs' playing the game before the update.
8:15 Ok so theres been a character added to Baldi's Basics named Dr. Reflex. I cant tell if hes the same guy or a different character because of the way he looks compared to the one in the comic. I'd say the closest one to him might be the one in the 3rd panel in this picture tho idk.
I always thought 99 death screen was just a game over screen when I lost in the game. I'm scared now. So that's why it crashed the game.

You theory about Joe & Placeface being the same is correct! According to an email response from mystman12, PlaceFace was originally meant to be a 3D model of Joe based upon the latter’s Mii!

Well, filename2 actually has a full-fledged bossfight. Part of this bossfight includes blocking hallways usually accessible with some of the games assets. One of the assets used is actually the face discussed at the beginning of the iceberg, which is cool.
