3:34 I hope he knows how prevalent HIV is in the Thailand industry. When I was in the Navy, I worked in an infectious disease clinic and there were quite a few sailors who we were treating who got infected with HIV in Thailand.
5:27 there is quite a long window period until the HIV virus will be detectable via testing. Depending on the test, it can be up to a few months. He will have to be retested after the window period to know if he has HIV or not.

One time I was sitting at my uncles massage shop in Thailand and Japanese men walked past and the Thai girls called them "three four" in Thai while gigging, I asked what that meant and was told Japanese men are three inches for 3 minutes for 4000baht.
