    We love when you vacuum up the CRB kickback, please always do this, not many people show it being vacuumed up and it grinds my teeth

    I love how thorough you are with the CRB. Alot of videos I see they do it half ass.

      Thank you. Not all jobs really need it everywhere, but I can't help it. :) I have to at least hit around 90% of the carpet. Just in case.

    I love this premiere! That new CRB is amazing that even after thoroughly vacuuming there was still so much embedded in the carpet. Glad they called you because we get to see this transformation! ❤️👏

      @@blackdiamondcleaningservices I often wonder if you did
      ● a dry crb
      ● pre-vacuum
      ● pre-spray
      ● wet crb
      ● rinse and extract
      If it would bring out much extra dust and mean it's slightly easier to clean?
      Perhaps you could experiment in one room for a video?

    Watched the "instructional" video and loved that. Can't believe how much dog hair was in the carpet, amazing. Still your professionalism always shines through. My favorite parts are the prespray and the CRB, the kick out was outrageous. Fantastic job Nolan. Much success and Merry Christmas

    Is it safe to dump that soapy water in the ground?

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  2 года назад +2

      Hi Vi. As long as you're using safe chemistry yes. Heard it directly from the owner of the company. Whenever possible we use a drain meant for it or use our own drain back at our shop for disposal.

    It looks like too much white hair.
    I wonder you cut the material of carpet?
    it is because of "too much powerful vacuum brush"??

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  2 года назад +3

      It's old worn out carpet, so yes. Some of the fibers pulled out. It's normal on cheaper old carpets. It's already loose from when the carpet untwists and becomes weak.

  • @powerfullyhappy5226

    Is anybody else convinced that all those “hairs” were from a really cheap carpet cuz I mean “DAMN”

      Not sure but that was probably 90% pet dander. Used D'limonen to help break the oily bonds from the carpet.

  • @johnlerch7699

    that's a lot of pet hair that was dumped could make a new dog out of it
