    In the second question, can we suppose that ‘z’ can be 0? If yes, then ‘y’ will be 0 which will mean that both quantities A and B are equal and we can take another case where quantity B is greater than quantity A; which leads us to Option D?

    I have commented in several of your videos about the doubts.. I had even emailed you once. But you seem to have less time to read them. I have some genuine doubts in multiple choice quant's questions related to *which of the following statements, if individually considered, can answer the question*.... from mean chapter, from trigonometric, from probability... although I can solve most of the problems from these topics. But when it comes to the mentioned type of questions from the said topics (the individual statement one), I get nonplussed.
    If you could make one video on those questions. Please

    A common GRE trick is to make a seemingly 'easy' question into a 'trick' question. I don't think ETS often do it the other way round where they create an easy question expecting students think it is a 'trick' question?

    Hi. In the first problem I didn't get why third option is not true. Even if y is a decimal number why it will halt the total expression from being true? I don't know what I'm missing.... anyone elaborate please? thanks

    • @bienvenidos9360
      @bienvenidos9360 Год назад

      This is late, but..
      Y doesn't have to be an integer. Only integers can be odd or even. So if y isn't an integer, you can end up with a number that isn't an integer, which doesn't satisfy the result as being odd or even.
      Numbers can be whole numbers, decimals, fractions, irrational, imaginary, positive, negative, etc.

    • @bienvenidos9360
      @bienvenidos9360 Год назад

      0% = 0
      0% of something = 0
      If y = 0% of z, then y = 0
      Can y = 0 ? Maybe now you can answer this.
