    When your natty recovery , nutrition is everything. 4 days on for me with short and longer walks if day off.

    I’ve never tried zercher squats they look very tough and painful on the arms?

      @@RobinMuirhead they are but if you do it enough you get used to it. I don't like to use elbow wraps as the bar is more likely to slid off.

      @@RobinMuirhead you can do but I prefer not to use them and just use bare arms
