Chinatown - Original Mono vs. 5.1 Remix

I'd like to see a Mono vs 5.1 remix comparison with one of my favorite 007 films: *"On Her Majesty's Secret Service"* (1969) where the Mono mix is clearly the superior mix.
One prime example is the sad ending
where Tracy Bond (Diana Rigg) was
gunned down by Blofeld & Irma Bunt
(Telly Savalas & Ilse Steppat). For
some reason in the 5.1 remix, they
added chirping bird sounds in the
background whereas there were none
in the original Mono mix.

Hope one of these days you can do a mono vs 5.1 comparison for Jaws, Smokey and bandit, or even Scarface.
