This was written on a Sunday morning in fall 1966 by John Cale and Lou Reed. It was the last song to be recorded for the VU debut because producer Tom Wilson wanted a song for the first single from the LP and for it to be NICO who sang it. Lou sang it instead for some reason. Cale does at least as good a job here as Lou.
