Non-gameplay related spy pengling stuff, if you want. . . . . . . . . . . The spy pengling has unlisted controls. They don't do much for you, but are fun.
Oh the snow stalkers definitely like to gang up on you. Before I had the chance to read up on them (and the flare hint), three of them cornered me in a cave and...well. Cuddled me to death. And then I got totally lost in that glacier basin, despite refering a certain hand-drawn map, that I couldn't find my way back. You seem to have a way better sense of direction, though.
A hint, behind a spoiler tag. On where you might look for clues on how to manage the cold a bit better. If this is out of order I will remove it. Only mentioning it because it is somewhere you have been already. . . . . . . . . . . . On your way in on the frozen river thing, there is a short alternate path around an ice chunk. It may be worth exploring. Nothing that will solve all your problems, but a clue.
On my first playthrough, I never thought about feeding the snow stalkers. But it really does make sense, given how you can bribe their warm water cousins.
Well in my [adjusts glasses] personal opinion... Molag Bal would like the weather, Malacath would like the isolation, Mehrunes Dagon would like the sunrises but hate pretty much everything else, Azura would like the journey to get there, and Sheogorath would appreciate the crossover... I don't even like the Elder Scrolls series that much. No idea where that nerdsplat came from ;)

Joe: "It really wants to attack me" - Said whilst threatening the nice snow bear crocodile with fire...
Loghain voice: You don't say...
Nice is definitely a relative term on 4546B

The next episode sees me really struggle with that map, so I don't blame you :)

It's something which the game has been nudging me to do the whole time, trust me to give it a go this one time it doesn't work :P
I'm pretty sure if you want to feed things it must be by hand. Not sure if it is possible with snow stalkers, but hey.
Oblivion weather. Hmm wonder which daedric Prince would favour 456b.
