For that garage door light - get two small flat steel plates and attach them to the door with 3M VHB adhesive pads. Then screw down L brackets with magnets into the light fixture. With good magnets that fixture will stay put no problem. :-)

We use an electric grease gun at work. It’s a life saver greasing skid steers and tractors. Go through almost a tube per vehicle. It’s not worth it for a car in my opinion, we got a Milwaukee grease gun and it is messier than a hand grease gun

for your jack you need to rebuild the piston and re lube. Those things shouldn’t need to be replaced.

Sort of a hill billy way to tell what breaker a circuit is on, but take the hot and put it against the metal box. It will pop the breaker

I dont know where the breaker is located though, if i were to pop it i dont know where to turn it back on. the breaker is not located in my garage or unit.
