I was 11 years old in 1989 and I remember downtown Worcester was ALWAYS booming no matter what time of day. I absolutely loved The Worcester galleria. And the midtown Mall, not to mention strawberries. Great memories!
It's crazy to say how much nostalgia this was idk Worcester was so much more alive back in these times I was only 2 years old when this was made and I didn't live far from here either it's amazing to see it for what it was it's sad to see how my hometown is it's basically dead now Downtown was vibrant and so upbeat back then I remember growing up going to the silver ball arcade or going next door to Kim's and buying those fake nunchucks and pretending to be Bruce Lee or a ninja or going to the common outlet mall going to the music store they had I don't remember what the name was but I remember it being on the last floor of the mall and it was by the parking garage and the store had everything movies, music , cds , vinyl , video games a bunch of stuff ahhhh good times good times I loved Worcester then
I was 7 years old living in Worcester in front of Wooster center mall going to frank toys everyday and sears for more hotwheels and action figures it sure was fun ...yeah I shoplift ..judge me

Miss those days. I love Worcester!
I feel like I'm watching Boston w/ the amount of people walking around downtown all at once lol

Worcester was awesome in the 80s,,
When Worcester was a real city with a real downtown. 33 yrs. later downtown is a ghost town.
I’ve noticed that too
Is it just me or did people have more style in the 80s? People walking around now look like they have no self respect.
