I’ve listened to this particular show a couple times, and I can appreciate real life shop/business situations and how you all resolve them. I would love to hear more of that because let’s be honest, this is a stressful industry and it’s stressful as hell being a business owner. We all face challenges, and put out fires every single day. Knowing that we are not alone is kind of refreshing and gives piece of mind. Super helpful to hear how you guys all discussed how you handled the mockups and clients leaving after quotes or just ghosting, because we all get it. Thank you for taking the time to make this show happen. I listen to you every Monday morning as I get ready for work and on my hour drive to work. - Kimarie, Beach Print Co. El Segundo CA

The QR codes on shirts don't work. They look fine on the press and work on the pallet but once the shirts are washed it doesn't work. People aren't flat.

We recently did a project that the client wanted QR codes on the back hip of the shirt. Not risking printing them, we ordered from Supacolor and the QR codes were perfect. So on those jobs that do need them I would recommend heat applied.

Do any shops utilize followup surveys? Of course this episode was mostly discussing ghosting during the quoting process but there are also those customers that you print for then they use another shop for another order without mentioning any issues or dissatisfaction.
