Even i tried to become morning person . I really enjoy sunrise , morning walk , chirpings of bird but sleeps in morning are like drugs to me . I am a night owl who can function so well in night . i have my classes at 6:30 and i have to wake up at 4:30 to reach my college but that need a lot of effort and dedication to my parents . I have such a deep sleep . I dont even recognize the alarm sound . ever since nline classes have started i am sleeping in day and doing work and study at night . which is so impractical somedays .

@@chhandadutta7482 With the help of dedication,passion,drinking water through study,and i took 1 hour break in between 2pm-3pm with music(Not soft music)and by taking some selfies of mine i was recharged and again started my second round of study session.

bro advice dont strech that much start with 8 hours and session is 2 hours and place 2 session in morning 1 in afternoon and 1 in nights in between do exercise and current and newspaper
