While I was there, I got footage of all the vehicles that Stellantis brought, including Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, and Ram! I was hoping Ram would use the Detroit auto show to mention a possible Rampage or Ram Dakota coming to US shores in the near future. There's alot of mopar enthusiasts losing their patience with Stellantis ignoring a compact, midsized truck for the US market
I have to hope they aren’t ready for that yet (and they typically don’t do those big reveals at the shows anymore) but man it’s getting stale. Same bunch of vehicles for so long. I love going to see them up close and personal on media day but sucks not having anything new to show my audience. Views consistently down from not having anything new for a few years now
They may show the Rampage and Dakota at next year's Detroit Auto Show. These models should have been out a long time ago!!!
This is why I have said that Dodge and Ram need to be merged back together. Dodge would be better off selling both cars and trucks. At least no one would continue to think that Dodge is going away(which I don't believe will happen).
Not gonna happen, pretty sure a majority of the reason for the split was to sidestep regulations, gas trucks get garbage MPG, so by splitting them off it's easier to meet the average with just one EV in each lineup.
Weird times, where products shoot up in price by 30-50% without any wages following. Who is to buy a $90000 CAD Rebel??? This is insanity - AND let us not forget that the UAW is on strike with crazy demands that could push prices up even further. Great report though, thank you for this great video.
Prices are just insane. Don’t know many who can afford these things honestly. I like my old used cars and I could get a whole garage full

These prices are insane
That's a very good price on the Ram Promaster crew. They usually option out around $60k. Im sure the dealer won't sell at that price. With those features. Definitely better than a pickup. Thanks for the review.
Ford already made the Shelby F150, so why not put the 6.2 hemi HO on the final edition? And while at that, why not make a new 1500 Sport R/T with the 6.4 hemi??
Well the 6.2L is in the final edition but it’s unchanged from any other TRX performance wise so they should have done something like a Redeye engine in there. Totally agree why not the 6.4 in a 1500, maybe they are saving that for later but still would be cool to do at least once and call it Ram 1500 Scat Pack. Would sell like crazy!
@@MarspeedCars btw, just remembered something, it would be cool if you checked the channel AG Badolato, he has the biggest Dodge collection from Brazil and one of the biggest on the world, he also has the biggest collection of national cars, he evan has most RAM trucks, from the early Dodge D100, all the way to the TRX, including the SRT10...
At this point, I’d rather buy one stolen. That’s the only way an average wage earner will be able to afford these vehicles without being the 10th owner.
I was wondering you did not include the truck I was looking to inquire about this year, the 2500 PowerWagon ? I seen 2 of them driving around in the video.... it is the sweet spot between the Rebel and the TRX on my view. Will have to just go to my local dealer and have them pressure sale me instead of knowing before I go there.
They had it last year but not this year (on display). I only filmed what was on the showroom floor. Maybe they had them driving on the little Ram course but I didn’t have easy access to those ones!
Im sure the cummins would fit in the 1500 with 420 and 1075 torque it would be very un assuming
Yeah but that engine is more meant for hauling and less for performance. Would also cost a lot more, so doesn’t make sense. The 6.4L Hemi should be put in there though!
It be a tow beast now that the ford powerstroke has 500hp will dodge one up them

Not a dumb question! But this one wasn’t Sema (that’s a different show in Las Vegas). But most cities will have an Autoshow. Media days are the first 2 days usually where it’s people filming or journalists and it’s not so crowded so easier to get pictures and stuff like that. I have to apply for each and get in because I have this RUclips channel. All non media people can go to public hours when the show opens and pay for the ticket
@MarspeedCars thank you for the information, and is that the same with Detroit auto show because I've been watching these videos for a while now and have always wanted to go, but I don't RUclips or own a car parts place ect.. just wanna look
@gabrielgomez731 you can definitely go to the show after the media days are over! (This year media started on Sep 13 and show opened to the public Sep 16 when thousands of people come to check it out!).

As americans we all should feel like that when foreign companies take over American companies , America needs to go back being american again all the way around !!!!
Ram is falling behind other brands by not updating its trucks. Also there priced so high most people can't afford to buy them. A Big Horn crew cab 4WD with Hemi V8 runs about 60K which is nuts (I just looked at a few). Thinking of buying a nissan titan before they stop building them.
Yeah there’s not much new about them yet prices have gone way up. Plus still not offering a midsize or compact which is a segment that is growing tremendously
Being that Chryser corporation produced, These vehicles that the younger people might not know Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler, It needs to go back to be American own company again with better leadership, and break away from his current foreign leadership it has right now !!! Plus this company as needs to seriously bring back Another V8 engine just brand new , Derived from the hurricane six engine, and this new V8 engine would be More efficient, and running on cleaner burning fuels, and it would be a 5.5 L N/A DOHC V8 engine that would have 628 hp with double roller timing chains Driven and this engine would be bulletproof ,for Durability as well !! And if they want to Revive the Hemi V8 engine again, It also will be re engineered for more durability higher horse power and more efficiency too ,and this new Hemi V8 engine, would be the a 5.7 L N/A V8 with 526 hp !! Plus this time around both V8 engines Would be able to have a higher rev band to them !! The new DOHC V8 engine would Rev to 8900 RPM'S ,and the new Reengineer Hemi would Rev to 7900 RPM'S !! And I would Also Offer These powertrains and Gas and Hybrids versions, as well ,and that is what this company, needs to happen ,give people the Options again 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪💪💪
