I have PTSD which comes with sleep paralysis and night terrors. I put this on for fun because I like the sounds but I fell asleep so hard it was one of those amazing deep falls into sleep that drag you slowly so you realize what’s happening and try to fight it and stay awake. I love this. It is one of my favorite. Just wish it captured the gentle slapping of the waves against the hull. That is the one thing I find missing from all of these.

It feels so free and brilliant to envision. It feels like in a previous life I was one. I was one of the few people who could truly say they were free. I listen to a lot of these and they work well for me. The wife comes to bed after me usually around midnight and turns it off. I preferred the artic wind and light rain on a window with pic of an open fire. That does me. But I’ve never thought of a pirate ship. I’ll try this tonight. 👍🏼🇬🇧

This is amazing since I'm sleeping in a hammoc in my living room and blast this with dolby surround (on a relaxing sound volume) then kick my self of the ground to swing a bit and fall asleep like a baby with amazing dreams. works since years.
