Great video! The wildmen are looking really good as 'generic evil', and they clearly paint up quickly, which is always useful for a horde type army! Thanks for the current series!
I remember the old wildmen of Dunland (think I got that right) just being a mass of brown furs and colors, so it was cool to see the washed out colors, it gave them more life than the classic paint job
love it! Do you have any tips for getting a splash of colour in there? was thinking about maybe a really washed out red for one of the cloth-layers, but I´m unsure on how to aproach the washed out look.
Thanks for sharing! I have a question if anyone is still watching comments - new to contrast paints, I'm finding that 1) they seem to be basically water, even with 2 coats I can see right through them. This is undiluted, over the same priming scheme in the video. Is it supposed to be like this? Not sure how this is saving time, I think a 3rd coat will be necessary. 2) The skeleton horde and aggaros dunes look identical. Neither I nor my family can tell them apart once dried. Any tips?
Thanks man! I have a video on using contrast paints, see if it helps but ask questions afterwards if you need to! They’re not supposed to be opaque though!
Great video. Still a horrible miss on GW part not to include the heroine of the movie and more than 4 horses in this box. Only person in my house interested in seeing this movie is my 14 year old daughter. And she will have no interest in painting up 2 dozen of dudes, but would have loved to paint up a bunch of horses and Hera.
It’s just a starter set, there might be more coming once the movie is released, there’s already spoilers for the movie in this rule set so they might be just waiting a bit!
I can't help but notice this whole War of the Rohirrim playlist you got going on about the Riders of Rohan who are notorious for their horses. The only horse rider you've done so far is for the old world Diaries. 😆
Thanks for sharing your video with us. Happy Holidays to you and your family. ❤🎉😊
Super effective layers on this one! The red wash on the skin is a great tip! Cheers both 👍🏼
Thank you! Cheers! :)

Another EPIC video dude. That Berserker Bloodshade tip on the face is a great tip. Looks awesome. Genius.
Thanks so much man! Yeah it adds a rosiness to skin, especially for characters like these who spend a lot of time out in the weather!
Thanks for the series, very helpful as I slowly paint my set
Looks so simple! Still building mine but looking forward to painting them.
Awesome as always.
Keep up the good work 🎉

Yes! More lord of the rings! Thank you for showing off this wonderful set! Comments for the comment god!
got some detail on those. wonder how they scale with the frostgrave barbarians ?
Great paint job, to honest I want particularly interesting in the Dunland half of the box but this vid may have changed my mind
That’s really good to hear, I know what you mean, I’m hoping the movie will make them more interesting as an army option😄
love it!

There’s Rohan rider videos up from Pelennor Fields, this playlist is just for this box
