Thank you so much HSV for introducing this amazing podcast. Very informative.
I respect sister Zahra and admire her for what hard work she puts in for our community.
However, with all my due respect to sister Zahra there are a few points I disagree with as a community member mainly about integration with mainstream Australia and Initiatives currently in place for the shia muslim youth and women.
It would be much appreciate if she elaborated more on integration with mainstream Australia. It does not reflect when the hazara community has very much integrated already be it attending schools, getting a job or celebrating festivals. How are we (hazara community) a closed community?

MashAllah to sister Zahra. Great point raising about education and capacity building of our faith leaders in relation to FV.
Often, unfortunately our faith leaders who are dominantly men, provide decision that are both against the Australian Laws and women's right. We need to not only unskill our understanding in relation to Australian laws but also bring in and support more female faith leaders in order to build the trust, relationship and collaboration within the community.
    Great episode!
