When the effects themed reality shows started coming along this kind of environment is what I imagined. A place where interpersonal drama and conflict can only exist if it is completely eclipsed by the skill, knowledge and creativity you bring to a project. Not like the reality shows where they are just used as filler between the overwhelming amounts of drama and conflict. :(
