Definitely gonna try them....in my neighborhood one old lady used to sell one such type of kachori stuffed with some daal may be chana daal..with a chatni of potato+greenchilly+ ginger+limbu imli...I miss that she is no more...if you know that recipe also pls share..at least that chatni recipe plssss

I tried it today. (I m a new chef). It was soooo yummy and perfect. My heart pounded everytime parathas got inflated on tawa. It gave me a feeling that if i can cook these i can do anything in the world! And all thanks to your awesome recipe.
