Loved the Base Jumpers. That was great coverage. 1 hour for $18? That is a great deal for a private hot spring. Nice find. The falls were amazing. I hadn't even heard of this one before. Thank you! SKipper is cute. (I know I say that every time,) It was a crazy route, but it made sense. Great camping area. That lake was beautiful. Slo-mo fires always look so cool. Love you guys, keep it. Sacrifice your bodies for us. LOL

The base jumpers were awesome! So glad we caught that. The hot spring was great after our big hike earlier in the day. 😊 The falls get even bigger in the spring it would be cool to see them then! We loved that spot so much we talk about it all the time. Skipper says thank you!! 🐶 Appreciate your support so much! 🙏

I really enjoyed this episode! We want to try boondocking in the Spring too! I am interested in all your gear such as solar panels, etc. We just bought a nice inverter generator to try when we absolutely need it. I would suggest you start making coffee cowboy style either on the open fire or a propane stove? Safe travels you two!

Same here! As usual we just winged it and it worked out nicely. Wish we could've boondocked more out there but we just weren't equipped for it. And that's OK. We found a really cool spot that we will never forget. 🙂

Please do not leave fire unattended. Also please do not wash your dishes in the creek. Animals rely on the creek as their water source.

Agree about the fire for sure and we just rinsed the dishes in the creek with no soap or anything 👌. Thanks for watching!

many yrs ago we went to couer d´alene idaho that waterfront hotel is fabulous. the marina attached to it not so much. they let us tie up our boat on the outside edge no services for a hefty fee THEN informed us we were not allowed to use the marina bathrooms or showers! i wd never stay at that marina again. about ten minutes away on the water is a fabulous restaurant called the cedars. after a day of cruising the lake we called the restaurant made a dinner reservation; cruised up to their dock, uniformed docker tied up our boat for us and escorted us inside to the matre d who sat us at a lakeview table with white tablecloth; crystal and china. the menu food n service was wonderful!! then the docker wd escort u to your boat, and after u got it started would untie your boat both lines, throw the lines onboard for you then shove the boathull off the dock. great experience!! as for boondocking there, youre braver than me...i wd b afraid of bears and a wildfire!

Wow that first marina 👎 but that second one 🤗. We wished we had our boat and warmer weather in CDA. We really could have had a blast there in the summer. Definitely need to go back and visit that marina!

@@2texanstravel264 another really nice one we stayed at was near the red lion inn; that hotel is on the river on the way from coeur d´'alane to spokane. the marina sits at the bottom of the ravine the hotel sits at the top; it even has a tennis court.

Going up that way in late July, would like to find this spot. Did you take nf 208 ? Did you turn left or right off the road to find it ? Thanks Y'all...

Oh man, can't remember the exact road. But we made a couple of lefts off the main road (we think). Maybe searching Pettit Lake will get you nearby. Best of luck. Such a gorgeous area lots to choose from.

Do you think cleaning your dishes in the stream is the best choice ? Streams and rivers will eventually become our drinking water not to mention it effects aquatic life. Please consider LNT

🤔 ok. We didn't use anything that would be harmful to the environment to rinse them but we hear what you're saying thanks.
