What is the suggested concentration or dilution ratio for the matrigel coating? I could not retrieve this information from the product specification sheet. Thanks for the video!

The dilution is calculated by Corning®for each lot based on the protein concentration. Please refer to the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis ("Product Specification Sheet", ecatalog.corning.com/life-sciences/b2b/CA/en/Surfaces/Extracellular-Matrices-ECMs/Corning%C2%AE-Matrigel%C2%AE-Matrix/p/354277?clear=true) from Corning® for the volume of aliquots to make and the dilution factor to use.
