LMH only had plastic surgery on his nose. And that was because he broke his nose, playing football when he was young. It was a bad break, so they did reconstruction surgery on his nose to fix it, that’s it. No plastic surgery on his face. 🤫

I never paid attention to LMH as a man until I saw him wearing no make-up at all and showing imperfections in older dramas. He is a very good actor but make up and dived hair do no good to him. He might have had surgery or not, make up in Korea is as powerful as plastic surgery.
