Should there be slop in the fork center shaft, you know, the piece that goes up into the steering frame with the bearings, with the largest allen wrench tool one uses to tighten the fork to the frame because I tightened it and it wiggles back and forth when I put the front brake on and wiggle the bike forwards and backwards. I don't wish to over tighten the bolt and damage the bearings?
Got it all assembled and got it connected to the app, yay! Nice ride! One question: After I turned the display off and brought it into our dark garage, the auto-on headlight came on. I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. What am I missing? I ended up turning off the battery. Is that the only way to turn the auto-on headlight off? Thanks!
Is the tire and wheel not supposed to be one movement? For example can the tire hit a curb and the tire faces the opposite way of the curb while the handle stays facing the curb? Having troubles aligning the handles to the front tire I think but can’t get it to work correctly
I ordered the back basket with the bottom and the mounting holes do not match up unless we're not doing something right. Is there a way you could show how to mount a basket with bottom??

NOT THAT I FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO SPEND $500 ON A NEW BATTERY. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT! AND I HATE THAT I ENDORSED IT TO PEOPLE TO WHO ASKED ME ABOUT MY BIKE!
Hi i have watched it repeatedly and i am struggling with some aspects of the front tire and the front brake. This should really be filmed more clearly, It wasn’t even shown. Btw i am a 57 year old woman putting this together by myself, so if others are struggling with what to do, I am not alone. Seeing the comment above about getting a replacement battery made me wonder. I am going to check and see if i can buy a back up in case i need one.
Oh also, he shows a package being pulled out of the box and shows it and lays it down. Was that the owners manual? The version I got was online. I would have liked a printed version, just saying.
Ok it’s been over an hour now since I started trying to put this bike’s front tire on. The forks dont fit on the bolt! I am literally hurting myself trying to do something that should have been easy. The bolt isn’t long enough, so every time I try to do it, one side wont fit. Ive tried it stand the bike up right and doing it upside down, I just put out 1800.00 for the bike and accessories, I do not care to go spend another dime to take it to a bike shop so they can put it together for me. Yes, I am upset, just incase you can’t tell.
Mine did not come with that fancy rear wheel stand, if you are going to instruct assembly, you should use ONLY the same items you ship to your customer.
I notice in this video , there was no air pump, the wed site i was on, said it came with a air pump, anyone out there that bought this bike, did yours come with an air pump?

Please find the Auto buttom and you can turn it off.
