Behind the Music: Elektro was one of the first tunes I wrote for this soundtrack, just after the title track (War Kid) & load out screen (Trouble Shooting). I wanted to capture the unique bass sound and riffs that Frank Klepacki would write for his tunes hence the beginning section having that memorable bass line in it. The original design of the game we wanted to have a layered system so when you get closer to victory more instruments would appear and the closer to defeat the more chaotic the sound. After I wrote this track it was clear that the direction was suppose to be 3-5 minute length tracks that loop to give you the Pip Army more ammunition to defeat your enemies! Thanks for reading!
