- Winters are slow in the garden, so we often use the opportunity to do activities for which we wouldn't have time otherwise. And today it's time to make pizza from scratch! Three pizzas to be precise 😀 But first we're going for a walk because it's sunny and frosty outside which we like 😊
Ingredietns for the pizza (3 pizzas):
yeast:
340 ml luke warm water
1.5 teaspoon sugar
1.5 teaspoon dried yeast
dough:
450 g wholegrain spelt flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 tablespoon olive oil

i have to agree Peter's hair suits him very much
🇲🇽👋. Saludos from Mexico🤗. We always love Peter and his kitchen elf cooking.👨🍳. We make pizza frequently but have never used a blue cheese before. We love blue cheese, so we will make our next pizzas including gorgonzola😋.Peter has a new hair, and a different wardrobe. How cool. 😍. We love Tommy and Peter💕💕
I like your new hairdo Peter! Love to you and Tommy ❤❤James
Love the music and sound of the river ❤
You guys keep me grinning ear to ear!
Yeah! Another cooking (baking) with Peter! Not being "perfect" is what I love about these videos. What a great idea of putting blue cheese on pizza! They look very delicious! Another fun video. I love your guys since of humor!
Loved the frosty and frozen landscape. It is magical. Those pizzas looked delicious. Peter's hair style was great too, Makes him look even younger than he is. Happy winter.
Peter, In America the fresh mozzerela is in brine, the aged mozzerela is dry and can be sliced or shredded depending on its use. Great job on your pizza making. Much joy to you both.
I love the new haircut Peter. You look so handsome.
greetings from Italy I am an Italian
Amazing video guys, as always. The chef and the cameraman 10 out of 10.
Nice & fun video.... FYI - others may have already said, but the "pizza slicer" you tried to use is actually a "ravioli or pie crimper" and probably not typically sharp enough for slicing pizza. Peter - liked the new hair style.. Happy Days to you both!
Nice sleek look Peter 😊
The views are always fabulous , pity you didn't have skates for on the ice ,
I like Peter’s new hairstyle today..I love that place where you guys hike with the lookouts, I would go there everyday..The pizza looks great and I am sure it tasted great too, you can’t go wrong if Peter is doing the cooking😊 I love watching any episode where you guys cook something, I usually learn something that I didn’t know..when I make pizza dough, I do not add oil to the mixture, I oil the dough after I shape into a ball, and let rise, we have fresh mozzarella where I live, In summer, my favorite thing to eat is a Caprese Salad, fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil, lunch is done😊❤
As they say in Naples: "Favurite, favurite. Ve ne magnate ciento int’ a ‘nu suscio ‘e viento". With this expression the boy outside the pizzeria invites passers-by to taste the pizza, a pizza so light that you can eat even a hundred of it in a breath of wind.
All that ice, it surely looks cold but fun. You both appear to enjoy it all. Too cold for me. Thanks for the lesson in pizza making. I have never taken the time to learn how they are made. Looks like very enjoyable eating. Enjoyed the video. You guys take care and stay warm. See you soon. Tony
Of course Peter goes in the water even when it's frozen
Well done. Looks great. Love to you both.
Guys. I can’t believe all that snow is gone already. Peter, we have el nino and an atmospheric river (?) coming. I see national weather service flooding advisories all day long. Maybe you can tell me what to expect. The pizza looks incredible. Try adding fresh basil. It will greatly enhance the flavors. Thanks for the video ❤❤
