As someone who is just getting into resto druid... the first thing I notice is how little damage your group is taking in general... I'm doing keys in the 6-8 range and the amount of damage pugs take because they don't interrupt or stop anything in insane in comparison... Also... is the AoE for druid really just go boomy and starfire after getting your sunfire and moonfires out? sorry for the newbie question! :D

As for key beybindings it's personal preference and mine aren't the best tbh. I have some impractical bindings. I would recommend you make your own instead.
I only have 2 macros and that's for using the Ward trinket with mouseover and for placing efflo at cursor. Nothing special honestly. If you're still interested i could share them with you.

Hey Syreal! Nice Video as always 🔥im trying to learn rdruid since pugs made me do it. My only question is: Please give me a Rotation or Checklist what should press and having up before aoe incoming..for example first boss halls aoe. Swiftmend into Wild Growth or just Single Wild Growth ? Thanks for your time!
Thanks! I would recommend checking out a guide instead since there's a lot to cover. I know Growl at least have a season 4 guide for rdruid @yumytv. Good luck with learning and I'm sorry I don't have a guide :)
For the AOE heals u have to Ramp with flourish. First put on all the big single target hot, then aoe (wild growth) ur both Life blooms ( pref 1 on urself ) then flourish & u will live :D if u have set bonus set 1-2 trees also would help a lot.
@@ventusFX Well kind of. But you don't have to use flourish. It all depends on what CDs your group has available and on the situation. If BL is up you often want to save flourish for later etc. It's very situational so I would rather check out a in-depth guide :)
i want rdru try to, but my biggest problem is how to live in some heavy AOE dmg and the dmg rotation.... to much forms and bottoms ) and how you do to see spell cd ( heals hots) on party frames ?
Keep lifebloom on yourself and stack a lot of vers and you should live almost everything as rdruid. The healing hots on party frames are ElvUI native, you can find my elvui profile in the description if interested

I prefer convoke. A lot more fun to play and more versatile :) Does more damage and that's always nice

I have resto shaman, disc priest and rdruid, definitely rdruid is over powered this season
I got laughed at cause my DH tank did more healing than me..I thought I was the issue

Maybe they were actually joking? If not they sound kinda clueless. A tank doing more healing than the healer means nothing really. A blood DK would outheal me every day of the week. I'm also below the tank in a lot of keys. The healing outcome is what it is, I wouldn't worry at all since it means nothing :)

tank dying is literally always tanks fault unless ur doing very very high keys and there's some sort of set thing that they expect an external for. But essentially if tank died unexpectedly, their fault. like 100% of the time.

The first part you died.. reminds of why I quit playing retail. Idk what this company is doing with the game. All one shots, and you either wipe or you get lucky and live. No in between healing is stupidly hard
I mean, I could've easily prevented that death in a couple different ways but I wasn't paying attention/we weren't baiting on pillars etc. I think retail is in a good state and healing is challenging and fun. In high keys it's all one shots of course, that's to be expected :)
I mean, thats the reason why its high Key (+16) and not low Key. Cuz every lil mistake is getting punished. Thats the whole System in it. So If u dont like get one hited Then dont Play high Keys. Its that simple.
@@cartboxa.3846 are you special needs? Don’t try to act like the direction the game is going is good. Even most streamers are starting to admit bfa was superior compared to sl and df. Getting one shot in a m+ that’s not a high key buddy. You’re delusional. And clearly have lack of experience with the game. I’ve played wow since og vanilla was in Walmart. The game is trash, it’s not going a good direction. And people are starting to realize and say things. Your opinion on a game and its values holds no weight in my opinion, 16 is NOT a high key. I was running full corruption doing +26-28 in UR back in bfa WHEN THE GAME WAS GOOD. You could play any class, and it didn’t feel like a burden to play. They went above and beyond to make the game have metas, even healers right now aren’t being accept unless they’ve got a dps class, and switching halfway through. You’re stupid if you want to sit there and give blizzard a pat on the back for messing the game up even further after SL issues. The game could be great, but people like you are content with whatever update and changes they make, where as quality is more important than quantity. 15$ a month to play a game you die every pull including trash, is not good money spent, they really messed it up and anybody who has any brain cells would tell you the same thing. 16 high key LOL
@@cartboxa.3846 it’s supposed to be balanced. Your healer is supposed to be useful. While a tank should not be mitigating every point of damage an enemy does. Tanks soloing bosses is absolutely the stupidest thing, healer role that’s been the same since the beginning, now has no use. The point of healing is to be able to keep people alive, if people die due to a simple misstep or anything in a 0 something’s wrong there. I think you need to rethink what you think is right and wrong.
