If you put it in track mode and hold down the traction control you will see that the traction control will turn off even more. You can also take out the dyno plug to ensure that is completely off. Standing in front of the motor, its to the right, just behind the cool air intake, over the driver tire. Its a plug that has wires that loop around.
i turned it off again while in track mode but it still seemed like it was still catching itself in the dirt today.. i will have to try the dyno plug, thank you!
You probably figured it out already but when in track mode hold the traction for a long time you’ll see it say advanced traction off If you change modes you have to do it again
Put the car in whatever mode you want to drive in then hold the traction lever up till it says Advance Trac Off should be 8 to 10 seconds then you are good to go.
That's strange I would check to be sure there's isn't a problem with the ABS and the traction control sensors. I'd like to know what you find out. Be safe
i was holding it for like 20 seconds nothing happened, sometimes it would say traction off when i would let go. tried with and without the pedal brake on
With your Foot on the brake pull up on tc and hold it until it goes off it’ll say advancetrac. Takes a while like 30 seconds. Also line lock have to be on flat surface and it’ll have you fill a gauge with how hard you press the brakes until it’ll activate.
@@jimmyryan2517 good to know, it didn't seem like it really locked to the line lol. guess i have to press the brake.. harder? idk though i thought i had it all the way down, felt like it was gonna break
Damn, first Mach 1 through the gravel/dirt I've seen. Sounds like a good time for the Shelby trade! I would like to see Allie do a burnout in hers, if she's got it in her 😅
planning on really testing it out before i make that decision :) but yes i doubt this will be the only mach 1 to see gravel or dirt, not to mention the video video is this Sunday 😅.. we will see what allie can do, 1 like = 1 prayer for her mt82, rear diff and clutch
@@NITROUSnBIASPLYS it is still limited slip and chatters like a nervous freshman on the first day of school if you don't really ease into the power lol
I drive mine in track alot & traction control lights up off right away very fun & spirited driving experience, mine is only a yr. older Han yours so yeah go thru all the modes ect... so freaking cool . Easy Allie calling the Mach 1 or any mustang a Ford Fusion - NEVER !!! Don't know where that comes from, but give Mark & his Stang some ❤️
@@Rogue5.0 sounds like the clutch packs need a rebuild then. Pretty cheap job or might get away with changing the rear diff fluid and doubling up on the limited slip additive
Ok, I really don't think its your driving. The S197 was made for speed and muscle. Your car unfortunately was built for these modern times. It seems the engineers were trying to give you the best of both worlds with one car. Unfortunately until you can master the tech as to how it all works, its definitely going to be a challenge. But your driving is fine.

Thor needs tint and a wing.
thor needs a lot
Hold the traction control switch for 7 to 8 seconds and it should turn the traction control totally off.
i did but it felt like it was still not fully off
Did it say advance traction control off

i did but thought it was still getting hung up in the dirt lol! ill try again next time
@@Rogue5.0 I do have a 10 speed so I can’t say the same for the manual
@@DikeLover it shouldddd be the same i don't see why not
Love it. Looks like you’re having some fun.
we have been hahahaha

i did a few times but thought it was still getting hung up for some reason in the dirt

To turn off TC, hold the traction one up until it says advancetrac off
i did, still didn't think it was turning fully off!

Allie won’t do a burnout…chicken 🐓🐓🐓🐓
uh ohhhhh
@@Rogue5.0 i said what i said 🫣🤣
I would love too see Ellie do a good burn out
right!!
yea i wanna see Ellie do a burn out that part when you drove in a circle i bet all was getting dizzy lol
an ellie burnout would be insane. i can just imagine the noises now, and all the smoke getting sucked into the turbo inlet lol
sheeeeeesh i dont know what car i want i had the 2013 gt 3 or 4 years ago
can never pick just one.. :)
Line BOTH cars up for a burnout.... Would be interesting to see both cars do a pull from 60 beside each other
ellie could definitely rip a 60mph rolling burnout, not that i would already know :)
The car I thought you would never stall lol
at first it seemed impossible.. but I am the definition of proving nothing is impossible
Press and hold the TC button to turn off the TC and the ESC.

@Rogue5.0 Your S197 not have a built transmission?! That solid axle is good, hammer down
