INGREDIENTS
Milk tea base
6 cups milk
2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves (or 4 tea bags)
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
Ice cubes
Tapioca pearls
1/4 cup (65ml) water
1/4 cup (45g) muscovado sugar, or another dark brown sugar
7/8 cup (110g) tapioca starch, plus more for dusting
1 cup water (for braising syrup)

Hey, I tried black Tapioka perls so often with different kinds of Brown Sugar, also Muscovado, but they never taste as good as the ones I get in Boba stores. Have you any idea why?:/

oo idk if you have this where you’re from, but I live near London and there’s this bubble tea store called T4 and they sell very good bobas. I love the classic milk tea with Oreo and tapioca .

I have never been able to taste boba, but I saw a bottled soda that had some balls on the bottom and tought it might be boba. They popped in my mouth and had liquid inside, I didn't like it and I was left with more questions than answers. Thanks to this video I know what they are supposed to be like.

Pretty sure you can make it with any tea so you should try matcha or taro milk tea. Both are really good.

You can use white sugar but it's called brown sugar boba for a reason
It’s not like they have a difference in taste once in the boba, I don’t think it would turn out as nice with normal sugar.
