Why didn't Minelab, at least, make the units so that the coils can be changed? There are much better coils on the market that are deeper, and pinpoint better.

If I already own the Minelab 7000 what would this benefit me? Just asking.
This is a low end machine made for quick hunts and portability. It is geared toward coin and relics. Tbh not a machine I would hunt every day with or rely on as my main machine. Hope that helps

@@dasboot6935 absolutely. By far the cheapest best piece of equipment I use. It keeps recovery down to a few moments rather than digging, swinging the coil, digging, etc.
