Metal Detecting is a good way of chilling out, its a good bit of therapy, fresh air, long walks. Its also a bit like those unboxing videos you see on youtube because even though you have an idea of what's buried below your feel you're never really sure. I love watching people such as:
    Aquachigger
    NuggetNoggin
    Dr Tones
    Addictedtobleeps
    Si Finds
    DALLMYD
    GoAndGarrett
    Robert Ferguson
    and Digger Dawn.
I've been Detecting with Deep Digger Dan during his digging the coast 365, that was fun. I used his XP Deus... Very light. I started out using the Garrett Ace 250 and then added a Nel Tornado coil. After that I started using a Nokta Makro Kruzer and some how managed to find so much more on land I thought had been detected to death. Silver coins, WWII badges and bullets and down the beach I've even found GOLD and Silver Rings. In my latest video I've finally found a Roman Coin and A Saxon Strap End. Subscribe to continue watching and see where this adventure leads me next.

Interesting test . Have you ever tried to plug headphones in after you turn the machine on? Because if I plug headphones in to my 44 after I turn it on the volume goes to the max automatically and then locks the screen, I have to restart the machine or plug the headphones in before I turn it on. My question is does your machine also do that?

Lol did notice the gold ring shows up as alu foil on the screen. Thats not so handy on a busy beach. Guess it was Minelabs plan that in order to find the good stuff, we must dig up all that crap and clean the beaches.

@noncompliance4100 gold and aluminum come in same range on even the highest priced top of the line detectors. Its just the nature of the way those 2 metals "look" to a metal detector.
