Love the story behind this truck. I remember seeing the old truck right after it happened and have followed him ever since.
The Camp Fire was rough. Many of us heard about this truck and the story behind it. Crazy time for anyone from Paradise, and frankly all of Butte county!! Glad things have turned out ok since the fire.

Dang, I see that you’re going to be in Whiteford next month. That’s literally a ten minute drive from me. Not sure if I can afford $500 for the event, but I’ll definitely consider it.
In Michigan those expensive steel bumpers, spare tire holder, and bed/tent racks are completely rusted and look like crap in no time. My buddy spent well over 3k for high end front and rear bumpers on his Jeep Wrangler and they had rust holes in them in 5 short years. The road salt just eats them.
I visit north Michigan, Frankfort area, every summer. Yes, anything driven year round is done in quick!
I live in New York. I replaced my entire 4Runner suspension with bilstein 5100’s and they turned a beautiful rust color within a year. Now the entire underside is coated in fluid film.
