He is just classically trained , and obtaining his level is something she is not trained to do. It is no insult to any singer. I never thought WTF Trisha Yearwood because being a student of music I knew she could sing. Point of fact she has to hold back when she sings many times in her past duets...Garth included.

    • @markelijio6012
      @markelijio6012 Месяц назад +1

      I can’t see Trisha Yearwood and her husband Garth Brooks are packing their
      belongings along with their children because they’re leaving America and moving to
      Ireland which was more comfortable and confident than being here in the USA
      but this is the country’s biggest home they want to be which was both beautiful and
      lovely. And that’s why they’re making a healthy change for the better.

  • @zlinedavid
    @zlinedavid 8 лет назад +5

    Have to say, I had a WTF-type reaction when I read the title. A duet between a good-but-not-great country singer and quite possibly the greatest voice ever? And on one of his most well known pieces nonetheless. But Trisha surprisingly holds her own. Her tone when backed by a classical orchestra fits very nicely.

    • @olensoifer9901
      @olensoifer9901 8 лет назад +3

      I agree. Quite surprising. I'm not even a fan of Ms. Yearwood, but she quite frankly blew me a way with this utterly enjoyable production.

    • @janessaweir9888
      @janessaweir9888 8 лет назад +4

      Her voice is strong enough to have an orchestra back her and have Pavarotti be beside her. If you listen to any song where she is backing someone up, they turn down her mic because her voice can overpower other singers (including her husband.)

      You all under estimating Trisha Yearwood. She's one of the best female country vocalist but she has an influence from Linda Ronstadt, Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand. She also desired to perform in an opera show. Yearwood's ability to vocal acrobats is beyond reproach.
