I had cute wooden sleighs for my daughters that I filled with 25 chocolate kisses for countdown. 🥰. A little chocolate before breakfast ! I’ve been a cross stitcher longer than I’ve been a nurse probably 45 years. But I’ve done some type of hand embroidery since 1969. I love your adventure calendars, especially the candle one. I love the idea of a stitchy advent calendar. Looks like so fun!We never had them as kids but I used to do them with my three boys when they were little. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s so fun to be surprised as most of us women are the shoppers and wrapping committee during the holidays. We always look for sewing or scissor items for each other. I’m doing an advent with a friend this year, we both thought about buying one in the summer but both thought that getting lots of things we wouldn’t use put us off so we decide to do one ourselves.
