When you skip breakfast where your first meal is at lunchtime, it's called Intermittent Fasting. It's a great way to lose weight while keeping your muscle mass. You will have more energy cause you are running off ketones and be more alert and feel better. I don't know how people can't function by going to the gym every day or two. The human body is designed to be moving where anxiety and depression build up the more passive we are.

My question is can these be used in a student's life and how I can see how the 5 minute increments would be successful and the sleep but the rest of the day?
I used to do everything you talked about, but I can do it for half a year. Actually, it happens on me every year. The very productive first half, the catastrophic laziness second half. I'm trying to overcome it too... by writing more.
I need the 5 minute concentration. Also, maybe a gym membership but I’ve been fighting it. Feel like driving out is such a drag. Considering building a home gym and doing body weight work with weights as well. And a pull up bar and punching bag. Great vid! Love seeing the holes in my lofe
Lets be honest. Whatever the routine is, you need a massive goal in mind. You dont need to do all this if you are, i dont know, an employee doing something that if you die, the opening would be listed next day.
This is my personal views. 1) The 6 hours dream can be tough for someone and easy for others, depends on you or in how you adapt to it, some psychologist said that the 8 hours dream is the recommendation, but not the rule, there are people that need like 10 hours and others that do it just fine with 6. 2) The 5 minutes routine I saw it pretty rough, i am pretty against multi tasking and I crearly prefer doing the classic hour and half for working and 20 mins for breaks (the 45/10 mins also work fines), but if worked for you maybe could work for other people in the chat. C) i am pretty surprised that elon doesnt do exercise (or at least he doest mention it), but everyone healthy person should try to do exercise everyday of the weak, it can help you more with the stress that meditating because you are literally draining your energy and keeping fit, the best time for me is in the morning, but is understandable that some people do it in the night because in the morning they have to work. Very educative video, i will keep some tips

Elon about 20 years ago..
"Right, just sold a software company, let me build Rockets"
Absolute maniac🔥
Same things happen to The Commodore
when he sold shipping company to built the railroad empire
"That has to be the best pirate I've ever seen"
Joe " he's an animal " Rogan.
lol, literally that's my morning routine every single day, morning shower and then no breakfast.
Yeah, the 5 min block is quite cool, so probably I'm gonna give it a shot.
Actually I didn't understand it well ....😅
I tried it for 1week. My hairline has started restoring.
U mean receeding?
Lol 😂
Haha
Receding or restoring?
Everyone who is saying receding didn't get the joke
Some Of The Main Things I Actually Like About Elon Musk: Innovation, Productivity, Management, Success & Multi-Tasking
Lol, i have a project for this week and i was procrastinating quite a lot and now, right now is when i see that ONE video that helps me, thank you bright side ! :D
Just adjust the speed of this video so that it will finish in 5 minutes !
Underatted comment
My question is can these be used in a student's life and how I can see how the 5 minute increments would be successful and the sleep but the rest of the day?
Thank you!
Elon musk's schedule is exactly the same as me, though I am a high school student and entrepreneur
*pat on the back*
But he is Rish asf...
I used to do everything you talked about, but I can do it for half a year. Actually, it happens on me every year. The very productive first half, the catastrophic laziness second half. I'm trying to overcome it too... by writing more.
I'm reading "Writing" now in Thailand. As I read more, I begin to write more. As I write more, I become fuller human.
The 5-minute rule seems interesting and doable. Let's see how it helps me with college work.
"Somehow functions on just 6 hours of sleep".
Ayyy. Same. I get 6 hours of sleep in 2 days too
I don't think Elon's been sticking to the Gym part.
I need the 5 minute concentration. Also, maybe a gym membership but I’ve been fighting it. Feel like driving out is such a drag. Considering building a home gym and doing body weight work with weights as well. And a pull up bar and punching bag. Great vid! Love seeing the holes in my lofe
How the guy who said he would get us to Mars by now gets things done...
"only takes sundays off" . This is like, standart work schedule in my country. Monday to Saturday plus overtimes
Awesome video.. 7 AM and 5 min recommendations are worth a try! Thank you so much!
In my experience skipping breakfast results in bad breath for me. So I don’t wanna skip it
im too hungry to skip breakfast
8:01 I thing that is to save your time, And you will be more hungry so you will eat your lunch faster to save more time.
Wow. Its very realistic. And seems like i can atleast follow and this took away the burden of my planning the day . Thanks so much. Very useful.
Your channel is awesome I follow you since 3 yrs
Is your job just to be on the brightside or do you work somewhere else
Haha, just my typical day...... 6 hours sleep, no breakfast, gym and no social media...
Time management. Indeed it is not learned overnight. Nice video. Thanks for sharing. Liked it.
I don’t eat breakfast either. I don’t eat breakfast. He must be like me.
up to the 8 min mark. I paused and did something else for 5 min. Then came back to finish.
No one gets bored when they are doing the work they like, there must be passion in the thing that you are doing or working on.
Those who can do 1hr workout everyday and still finish office work are bigger than Elon.
Agreed :)
Your ego is tremendous
Working in an office and working out for 1 hour doesn't make you a hero but 6 hours sleep ain't difficult either
If it is done for entire 40 years of one's working life then it is something.
Amen brother
To save time, i watched the video on 1.25 times speed and typed this during the video.
