@59:15 It’s interesting because I’ve assumed that Clemson would be waiting for Miami in the ACC championship too… but if SMU beats PITT… Clemson no longer controls their own destiny. As they won’t play either undefeated team in the conference and would have to hope one of SMU or Miami gets knocked off in order to for sure make the championship game. They could have a tie breaker that puts them over SMU but I’m not sure what it would be if they have identical overall and conference records.
@@Saberwolves84Oh for sure. It just changes the narrative of what to expect and the path they’d have to take in the playoffs. Also it’s interesting to think that SMU could be in a position I don’t think anyone expected them to be in.
Josh is so right. I learned the hard way a year ago when we came out lighting Alabama up and still lost. I hate that bama has to be a type of kryptonite for Georgia. Never gloat before a game is over. Sometimes the clock becomes a lifeline with your heart racing.

I’m an auburn fan and I’m just saying everytime I watch Garrett im impressed. That dude throws some of the best passes I’ve seen this year. Can’t expect him to throw it 50 times every game
I don't drink soda, but I used to drink way too much of it and knew I needed to go from the heavily sugared version a sugar free version. Whatever your favorite variety of soda is, mix it with it's diet version & then slowly decrease the % of the sugared version until you're drinking the diet version. Very quickly the sugared version will taste like thick tar. Anyway, worked for me.
Hey Josh, try Zevia for a sugerless soda. They have lots of flavors and all that I have tried have very good flavor. I'd be curious to hear your take on it on a future show. Big fan of the show! Keep up the great content!👊🏼 P.S. How do I get a hat like the one in the tweet during the QT ad?
I'm addicted to soda as well. So I've learned to drink exclusively "Zero" sodas to limit the sugar intake. Almost every soda comes in sugar free versions these days. And they don't taste different to me 🤷♂️
I drink much less alcohol now but with that started drinking more soda, diet dr pepper is the way to go. I think the others are pretty bad still compared to full flavor lol. But do you
Spindrift isn't completely sugar free but it is very minimal. It is so good- especially the raspberry lime flavor- and is just carbonated water and a little bit of real fruit juice. I think there are 9 calories in a can.
Not sure what it is about Nebraska but I think they show the football world who a coach really is. Loved Frost at Oregon, trash at Nebraska. Rhule seemed like an amateur with the Panthers but I'm rooting for him now
Sugarless Soda: I hate Diet anything but the "Zero Sugar" ones are really good. IE Coke Zero, Mt Dew Zero etc. I have no idea why but they really are on different levels.
It’s funny, as an LSU fan all the coverage I watched leading up to the aTm game was talking about how bad wiegman is and how often he turns the ball over, and the whole time I’m thinking “have you watched an LSU game? Nussmeir turns it over as often as anyone.” Sure enough… wiegman is terrible, but I knew it would be nuss turning it over. It was just setup too perfectly all the talk about “trusting nuss more.”
Some of the Zevia sodas arent too bad. gotta try few because some flavors gravitate toward another flavor like a cluster. Like Mountain zevia tastes a bit like the gingerale and the Dr zevia has a black cherry taste. No dyes in them either and they stay fizzy for hours.
The Nebraska game feels like the Missouri/Georgia game a couple years back. Missouri lost, but it wasn't the same team after that (even though this year's squad has some problems).
If you want a sugar free soda but don't like how diet or "zero" sodas (like coke zero) taste it might be because of the artificial sweetener they use. Zevia uses stevia instead of sucralose, aspartame, or acesulfame potassium so that might be more to your liking. They sell it at Publix and probably places like Whole Foods as well. It doesn't have any dyes or coloring so you may be thrown off with a cream soda or grape flavor being the same color as a sprite but that's honestly a plus in the health department anyways.
Aye Josh go with Poppi orange soda. Has 5-6x less sugar than a regular soda but way better than regular while hitting the spot. Or you could go Zevia for more varieties and no sugar at all.
Nebraska one of the youngest and least experienced teams in the conference was able to hang and almost beat the most talented and most experienced team in the conference. Their future is bright

as osu fans we overreact to this shit lol nebraska has 2 of the best dts in the country, name me your top 5 because every top 5 team in the country has slipped up to bad teams or almost slipped up we are fine, oline needs to get better rush attack needs to get better but we fine man
Boo hoo you average 10 wins a year and were born on 3rd base
@59:15 It’s interesting because I’ve assumed that Clemson would be waiting for Miami in the ACC championship too… but if SMU beats PITT… Clemson no longer controls their own destiny. As they won’t play either undefeated team in the conference and would have to hope one of SMU or Miami gets knocked off in order to for sure make the championship game. They could have a tie breaker that puts them over SMU but I’m not sure what it would be if they have identical overall and conference records.
Clemson would still probably get even if they don't make the ACC Championship they would have a win vs a ranked PItt
@@Saberwolves84Oh for sure. It just changes the narrative of what to expect and the path they’d have to take in the playoffs. Also it’s interesting to think that SMU could be in a position I don’t think anyone expected them to be in.
It isn’t quite soda but I love “sparkling ICE”, it’s almost like a vitamin water, sugar free, and honestly tastes pretty good
Missouri beat Vandy head to head. I think that's what is holding them in the top 25.
John Pate for president whooppppppp
People want to say the SEC bias isn't a thing, but then you have ranked Missouri...
Nobody with a brain says it isn't real.. we just admit that it's deserved.
Josh is so right. I learned the hard way a year ago when we came out lighting Alabama up and still lost. I hate that bama has to be a type of kryptonite for Georgia. Never gloat before a game is over. Sometimes the clock becomes a lifeline with your heart racing.
As a Vols fan, A&M is the best, most well-rounded team in the SEC, and probably number 2 behind Oregon.
What does Josh Pate have to do to get an AP ballot!?????
i have a soda problem myself the bottled Kirkland sparkling waters are amazing ( not the cans) its a 24 pack that comes in berry, kiwi starwberry( favorite), and tangerine. if you dont have a costco membership the Ice Brand sparkling waters are really good too
I’m an auburn fan and I’m just saying everytime I watch Garrett im impressed. That dude throws some of the best passes I’ve seen this year. Can’t expect him to throw it 50 times every game
The econ major in me is a happy man rn
Lmao Milton Friedman references and econ majors man
Worth jumping to the AP rankings obliteration. Well done!!
41:00 Sparkling Ice, especially the Lemon Lime flavor.
Zevia...the grape orange and cream are good
Cove Soda!!! It’s sugar free and has probiotics!! The grape soda is fantastic
Hey Josh, try Zevia for a sugerless soda. They have lots of flavors and all that I have tried have very good flavor. I'd be curious to hear your take on it on a future show. Big fan of the show! Keep up the great content!👊🏼
P.S. How do I get a hat like the one in the tweet during the QT ad?
52:20 this part right here applies to how it feels to be an aggie right now.
GIG'EM 👍
Rhule seemed like an amateur with the Panthers but I'm rooting for him now
The hat from the Quick Trip segment looked nice. Will there be more hats available at the pate state store sometime in the future?
Ducks….👊🏻🏈
We don’t have QuikTrip on I-10 in Louisiana thru Northwest Florida.
Sugarless Soda: I hate Diet anything but the "Zero Sugar" ones are really good. IE Coke Zero, Mt Dew Zero etc. I have no idea why but they really are on different levels.
As a Miami fan - seeing us run the ball was refreshing. FSU has NFL guys on defense.
No dyes in them either and they stay fizzy for hours.
every top 5 team has almost slipped up this year oregon-boise georgia-kentucky texas-vandy byu-more than one
Shoutout to the rual Georgia Ags!
Man. I’m looking at scenarios and the SEC tiebreakers. Teams’ results vs. Arkansas keep popping up as the deciding factor.
The Nebraska game feels like the Missouri/Georgia game a couple years back. Missouri lost, but it wasn't the same team after that (even though this year's squad has some problems).
Once again oregon being blown off as whatever, media just can’t eat the crow 😂😂 Oregon is the best team in cfb!!!!! Facts!!!!
FEBU!!!!!!
Ohio state is favored by 4 this week by Vegas. So do we use that or the AP poll for Franklin’s validity?
tbf Josh I wouldn’t peg Georgia Country guy to be an Iowa State guy either.
Penn State has been a 2nd half team all year.
Mizzou defense played well for half the game
Nebraska one of the youngest and least experienced teams in the conference was able to hang and almost beat the most talented and most experienced team in the conference. Their future is bright
You should play the Brenda Lee song, “I’m Sorry” !
Sugarless soda suggestions: try 7-up Zero and Grapico Zero. I can't stand diet soda as a whole, but I like these two.
Indiana National Championship incoming
Chi sparkling water. Sells at Costco they have a pack of grape orange peach and lychee flavor. Give it a try
ROLL TIDE
Thanks Josh for your Ohio State commentary. My Buckeyes are looking shaky. I still got my Scarlet and Gray hope! ❤️🩶💯🩶❤️
I love how Josh whet In on the AP poll 😂😂😂
Brett McMurphy personifies what is wrong with the AP rankings
Not gonna lie, Tam-U's qb Reed, looks to be an absolute 🔥 player.
Nebraska is getting better week by week
I love a bk press conference after a loss lol
I have become a Dr. Pepper Zero fan! It’s all I drink now!
You did not know how many days in October ..... 30 days has September, April, June and November
Missouri being ranked still is definitely nasty work
