Sadly in India, doctors are either seen as Gods or as murderer/robber, nowhere in between. This notion needs to change. The moment u raise someone on a pedestal n portray them as god the expectations become unrealistic. When they fail you, people get disappointed n resort to violence, never ending mistrust. Doctors are human just like anyone else , they're just doing their profession. They can only do things which is humanly possible, not miracles.

its not easy being a Doctor in any part of world accepted
but India is on other level you get bullied by your own seniors the work environment is so toxic they make you work like there is no tomorrow you are under constant danger on being abused or beaten or even getting killed by patient or there relative
we go through all this day in and day out and what do you hear in end yeh toh sale lutere hai
yes we do get to party with seniors and consultant but at what cost i think most of us would be much happier if they wont party with us and treat us like normal human
i was a new joinee in a government hospital the pt family members refused to donate blood and the blood bank refused to issue blood as it was not an Emergency i told this to one of my sr she screamed on me and said she doesn’t care she needs the blood to be issued if i can’t convince the family members i can go and donate on there behalf we literally had dinner at 4:00 am in morning and even than its not peaceful
I call this torture rather than calling it training this actually kills your empathy towards the patient and than you start talking to them rudely is that what they want us to be screaming on someone who is already ill and seeking our help
lol the irony is they teach us advantage of primordial care in mbbs live taking proper sleep diet and exercising but they won’t let this apply that on us
i had duty in polyclinic i was told to not take so much time taking history other irony they teach us about the importance of taking a good history but won’t let us take it making us to do malpractice (if you ever appear for a plab or Australian license one of the most important factor is your history taking skill and communication skill they can accept you for a misdiagnosis but they won’t accept you for being an unpolite human machine as according to them information can be taught down the line but changing your malpractice behaviour would be very difficult
iN other country at least they treat you like a normal human you get fixed doable working hour they treat you with respect no matter you are a junior resident or a senior resident they pay you extra for your extra work more than your basic salary which is a cherry on cake because they understand the fact that A happy and well rested doctor is much more productive than a grumpy one
And no i don’t hate my job at all I love it I just hate the environment they have created for us that is the torture and squeeze zone

Theoretically you can become a doctor. But I don't recommend it because earning qualifications is only 20 percent of the work. Remaining 80 percent is establishing a practice. You'd be 40 yrs old by the time you learn how to practice in real world. So do something that you have already knowledge of and there's a demand of it... All the best

It all depends on how you view life. If you aim to accumulate substantial wealth, it's obvious that you should have started early. If you genuinely aspire to become a doctor and have a passion for this profession, then pursue it. When you reach the age of 40 and inquire whether it's possible to become a doctor at this stage, people may say that you will begin earning well at 50. Therefore, it's better to pursue your aspirations now than to regret not doing so later.

Over indulgence of gvt in mediacal field ( nursing home act, PNDT, ayushman yojna etc ) has made this field hell nowadays...
the day u start to face gvt offices for your nursing home n pvt practice u start to hate your profession more n more...
Not to surprise why most of the present practicing drs don't want their children to choose medical field.. N want to leave country...
U can imaging what kind of drs ( drs without interest ) are going to come in the society and what kind of treatment this society will get...

Accordung to me yeah sab bekar ki baate h or darshan patel ne jo thumbnail lagaya wo bilkool galat h oose neet aspirant ke mann pr aisi image bnegi ki mbbs bhot tough cheeze h bla bla ..... But aisa nhi h problem face to neet preparation ke time pr bhi krte h .... And suicide jaisu baate eo krte h jo apne proffestion ko sirf ek paisa kamana kaam ki tarah samjhte h agar aap mbbs ya surgery ke liye passionate ho agar aapko koi raat ko 3 bje bhi call krde to aap turant jao yesh hota h passion or bhyyi mera manna h ki jb sabhi kr lete h to ham kyu nhi kr sakte or aap cgahe kuch bhi kr rhe ho pr jb aapko sabhi doctor kh kr bulayenge to aapko apna saara kara hua worth it lagega......😊.... Mene aise bhot saare doctors ko dekha h jo gym bhi manage krte party function and all dr darshan patel bilkool saari bato ko negatively kh rhe h apni videos me and dr vishal inki baato ka sahi se reply nhi kr rhe h aree aap oonse yeah khiye pehle ki ausa thumbnail kyu lagaya hua h aap baccho ke mind me kiya image set krna chah rhe ho yeah baste na krke ptani kiya kiya khe jaa rhe h
