I have a ural tourist 2000 and 58,000 km,, for 16 years ,and can't believe the things you put it through ! That is amazing !
Tales "Ural" in Russia are often called mules. Quite reliable, unpretentious and most importantly lucky. He does not care what and where to carry the cargo, the main thing would be gasoline.

I have a 2002 patrol. It has been a real pita to keep running. Everything from ignition modules bad generators carbs that suck etc. I am not an expert mechanic and in this area no dealers. Ha
Having said that when it runs properly it is awesome off rd. That’s why after 16 years I still own it. I keep thinking what else can wrong. Inevitably it does!!

Ниву сильно напоминает. Похожие судьбы и возможности на ухабах. В моё советское детство довелось с умелым дядей за грибами съездить на Урале. Привод был один, но я помню эту поездку 30 лет. Мы так прошли красиво, а он говорил, что здесь даже 66-й не едет, нет условий для колеи.

Any chance you can explain how Ural survived those deep water crossings - what modifications were made to them?
4 years late, but it appears the crossings were made possible due to an extreme cold front hitting the water itself. Hope this helps.
The water was over the seat and tank on a couple of those.. where is the air intake?
@@SuperSummit123 alot of guys put a snorkel from the airbox into the trunk on the side car.
@@thejunky1908 From the footage, maybe a snorkel from the airbox to the top of the riders helmet would be more appropriate :) Very impressive performance.

Это как? Я на "Урале" (Днепре) до первой хорошей лужи- чуть свечи забрызгал и встал, про воздухан вообще молчу. Не ну если силиконом все залить а воздухан поднять может и получится, надо побывать8)
Видимо надсвечники с уплотнительной резинкой стоят. Что бы вода не попадала во внутри резьбы свечи и надсвечника
We run two Urals. A 2021 GU and a 2011 Tourist. Neither of them can keep running in water that deep. What have you done to allow this?
The Ural motorcycles used here are of special production. and drivers test pilots. Not standard Ural motorcycles
