お金をかけずに古いLPレコードを洗浄する方法 / An inexpensive way to clean old vinyl records at home

私が使っている、埃だらけで眠っていた古いLPレコードを生き返らせるための洗浄法の紹介ビデオです。やや強いアルカリおよび酸性溶液を使うことにより、今まで中性洗剤では落ちなかった汚れも良く落ちます。手製の溝ブラシは、ライオンのシステマ歯ブラシ（A21）の頭の部分をプラスチックホルダーに並べて接着して作りました。タバコのヤニ等で汚れていた（と思われる）レコード溝の壁も綺麗になるため、心なしか再生音もクリアーになった感じがします。
レコードラベルプロテクター（約1900円）以外は、普通の家庭にある材料を使いました。やや強いアルカリ性および酸性の溶液を使うため、トライされる場合は保護具を着用するなどして保護に努めて下さい。
An inexpensive way to clean old vinyl records which I use daily at home. Using relatively strong alkaline and acidic solutions instead of regular detergent, along with warm water shower and a fine groove brush, contaminants on the disk surface, such as, grease, oil, finger prints, water stain, etc are easily washed away resulting in clear "bubble noise" free sounds. All the materials used in this video except the vinyl record protector, about 1900yens at Amazon, are commonly available at a general household. Wearing of ptotective gloves and eyeglasses are highly recommended to handle strong alkaline and acidic solutions like the ones used in this video.
