I'm 17 and got baptized today so this message is exactly what I needed. I felt lost on what to do next and now I believe the next step is to find my identity in Christ and to serve him through my talents. Praying for you with your journey through college!

@@AnaleiaKate maybe God is using these feelings to bring you closer to him, and probably revealing something about yourself you also want to know so it can strengthen your relationship with God. Have you ask him anything personally that you'd want, want to let go of, or asking for something spirtually that you can use for his Kingdom? Maybe this is God preparing you for something and he just testing your heart and see if you'll continue to rely on him despite the pain and confusion. I'm not really sure but this is what comes to mind, always take what someone says about to the Lord, but I hope this helps you in someway. Have a blessed day 🫶🏿
I used to find my identity as a basketball player,I didn’t make the high school team in 2023.And I ain’t going lie it broke me. But now I can say I don’t need basketball to serve God in the way he called me ❤
Similarly, I had found my identity in band at school but I had to leave because I knew that God did not want that for me. It was hard but God helped me
i am from India and i have a prayer request for myself. I was doing my bachelor degree on education and in my curriculum there is 1 week session on yoga and i personally believe yoga is idolatry so i talked to my head of department and she said you have to do this and this is from catholic institution so i dropped the college. Now only my mom is supporting me and all other person are just saying many things about me which hurts because they too are Christian. So please pray that God can give me the strength to face all this situation.
I feel God wanted me to see this. I just started my junior year at a new high school (ITS HUGE) and I noticed a lot of pretty girls and really cute guys in my classes, in sports, and just walking around campus, so I started to focus on my looks and the clothes I would wear, and trying to join a sport to be somebody. It’s hard, but I feel Gods helping me. You guys should always pray to God about it, he knows more than any of us and actually helps us when we lean into Him. Just have faith, DON’T GIVE UP GUYS!!

This video came at the perfect timing 😊 im trying to figure out how to find my identity in Christ. It’s been on my heart lately and i want to fix my heart posture. It reminds me of the scripture Matthew 10;39 “ those who try to gain their own life will lose it; but those who lose their life for my sake will gain it”.
Lord I thank you for helping Jacob during this transition in his life. Lord I thank you for keeping him and directing his steps in the way he should go. Remove all fear from his heart and help him continue boldly in his faith no matter what he thinks he sees, but trusting in your plan for his life in Jesus’ name. You are God the provider, our strength in our weakness, the light in the darkness, help him remember that and have faith in this next chapter of his life. Thank you as well for his perfect peace and the many blessings to come, Amen.

I'm very young, and sometimes i feel like I could be doing more for Jesus, but also I feel like some people don't get their callings until adulthood, so I'm a little lost. I want to serve Jesus, but I just don't know how to. Many prayers headed your way.

I honestly think I’ve made outward appearances, beauty, and makeup my idol. I feel so insecure and not confident without makeup. It’s like I don’t feel me without it, and I worry that I would never be able to find a husband without it instead of trusting God. Should I fast it for a little while, while trying to make Jesus my identity? Or how should I do that

The word is “success.” It’s terrible. Right now I’m wondering if Jesus really loves me. I’m so prideful and angry but so tired of living on my own and making myself my own pillar.
Currently, in the hospital with my brother and your podcast helped me not to only keep calm but also remember Jesus and the Lord are always with us. Couldn't make it to church yesterday because of the accident, but by some miracle he doesn't have any severe injuries, not even a scratch. I have been dealing with lots of stress not only from this situation but going into med school and really dear people to me leaving my life has affected me a little, but this situation leads me to just thank God for always protecting us and trusting him with my heart. I don't really usually comment on RUclips but this time I felt the need to just thank you, really needed this. 🤍

Galatians 3:28 is the verse that saved me. In my darkest times He spoke to me saying that labels and boxes arnt what defines me - for I am His.
I need prayer, I’ve been putting my identity in work and it has caused me fall apart. I want to put my identity in Jesus, and be a light to people.
