Last year in April 2023, I cried out to God and gave him 2 weeks to show up in my life (I spent 2 weeks , or I was going to unalive myself on 25th birthday. He showed up in more ways then one. He delivered me from suicidal thoughts and my addiction to masturbation during those two weeks. He also got me up in the middle of the night. Literally moved my legs to the floor and pushed me towards my closet to throw something away that urgently needed to go. After this experience, I completely surrendered to God. I went on several fasts last year and God led me into my first Esther fast in August of last year, and first Daniel fast in September of last year. He gave me the perfect job to accommodate my school schedule that paid really well, and I was able to change eating habits, lose the weight that I needed to, to become healthier. I remember crying so hard because I wanted to graduate university so badly as soon as possible. And I thought well since I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, I can finish the rest of my classes in one semester. However, God urged me through a dream to split up last set of classes between two semesters (because my heart didn't believe I could do all things that strengthen me). Best decision I ever made. I suffered from PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety and I was not on medication in the Fall 2023 so I became very paranoid and fearful due to me suffering from sleep paralysis and extreme nightmares every night. I was so mad at God for not delivering me from it, since I felt that I was doing so much fasting and prayer, I assumed that was the only way I could be delivered. However, in January of this year I had a complete mental breakdown and had to admit myself to a psychiatric hospital. I got out on a Wednesday and that night had sleep paralysis episodes and extreme nightmares. The following Thursday was the day of my Bible study and I went, but all I could do was cry because I was so mad at God. During prayer requests, I finally broke down and revealed what was going on in my life to my Bible study group. They prayed for me that night, and I haven't had sleep paralysis or extreme nightmares sense (had sleep paralysis and extreme nightmares for 3 years). I was so focused on one way God could heal, I didn't realize He could heal in many other ways. Even though, I no longer had suicidal thoughts I still suffered from depression. Adjusting to the medication I was now on was a lengthy and hard process coming out of the hospital. I remember being so frustrated because I felt as if I couldn't finish out my last semester of University. And He told me to quit my job in February (the one He gave me). But little did I know, God set that semester perfectly for me to succeed. My advanced calculus course, the professor decided to do something completely different from previous semesters and only give one problem for the homework assignments and the rest would be practice, take home exams, attendance not required, recorded lectures, and a optional final. One of my courses, I truly deserved an F, but God had given me favor with the professor, and I was allowed to makeup months worth of work I missed even though I didn't deserve it. My other course was group work, and for some reason I did completely fine in that course. I officially graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in May 2024 (after 8 years in undergrad and having to repeat certain classes), because of God! God also revealed to me last year I would be moving to Cleveland, OH when it was time. He reminded me close to graduation of the promise as well. Currently, I am still in a waiting season for my dream job and I am trying my best to trust Him in this transition season of my life. He really has restored me in more ways than one, I use to be so afraid to be around people and so paranoid. He healed my heart and restored my soul! I realize how dumb it is for me to have unbelief that He will provide a job for and clear the debt I currently have. This was truly for me because he put Isaiah 55:8-9 in my spirit on Thursday. I have $10 left in my bank account, but I still believe God will provide! Prayers that God will provide for me!

No one doubts his power. He loves everyone not everyone equally. Sounds like you've had a cupcake life but you haven't been here long. The good of those who love him that doesn't mean your sacrifices are for Your good necessarily let alone what you want. Just roll with the punches so nothing can be determined. No point in helping the suffering, they just need to trust...

I am so bad about trying to figure what God is doing or what Im supposed to be doing, I panic about the unknown and try to figure it all out right now and then I just spirial. Your Word from the Lord definitely reached me today!

God has done a lot for me in this year alone. I’m a new Christian maybe just over a year of going to church and maybe a couple months of actually picking up my cross. God delivered me from my addition to smoking. Also he helped a lot with my childhood trauma, I had a lot of anger and hate in my heart and he took it away from me. Since then it feels like I now have the capacity to allow love into my life, an area I didn’t even know needed restoration. Tbh it would be a novel if I listed everything God has done for me in just this year alone. My biggest struggle lately has been trusting God, even tho he has done so much for me I still find myself stressing and worrying about everything. Last night I read Galatians, and I felt more clarity on another question I had but now more confused about something else. Then God said to me “ lean not on your own understanding” must’ve heard it like 3 times yesterday, and now in this video. God really does speak to us all the time lol. Also $5 gas *laughs (lives in Southern California)*

I did a chocolate fasting once and it started about a week before easter, so I was still fasting when it came and people who had never offered me a glass of water before, came to give me chocolate. It was very hard to say no, but it was a great experience with the Lord

Idk if you will see this because I like to listen to your videos on Monday while at work. Sunday my pastor talked about stress and that we shouldn’t stress , worry , or be anxious because God is in control and we have him and you also talk about God having control. I’m saying this because me and my fiancé got our first place and are waiting to sign the lease ( not moving in with one another till after the wedding in 32 days) but I have been stressing about being able to pay for stuff we still need ( W/D and so on ) we both still live with our parents and have never been on our own and I just need help praying from everyone that sees this. Pray for us about this. Thanks in advance for those that do and I pray that everyone’s gets through what they are going through or stressing about. Thanks Braxten for the videos

ive been struggling with anxious thoughts and a depressive mindset for about 2 weeks and literally as it started to get worse (yesterday) i prayed that GOD may dim my thoughts and to help me be grateful for each day i wake up.. then today as i woke up i was filled with peace and i wasn’t disappointed that i woke up today… proves that GOD can answer prayers very quickly but some may take time.. just trust in HIM!!

12:21 a did my morning bible reading today and I am currently in Proverbs. I read chapters 1 - 3 the time before, so today should've been 4 -5/6, but for some reason, God was directing me to re-read chpater 3. I checked back in my phone and realized i didnt have much notes for it. So i listened to God and re-read it. The first time i just read through without much though thinking i just needed the reminder but i tried reading chapter 4 after and nothing was sticking with me so i tried again reading chapter three. And the first verses i highlighted this time were the ones you mentioned.

Jesus saved me from my feeling of meaninglessness in life, shame for abusing my body, and such bitterness and hatred being the middle child, to now where I can find my identity safe in Christ, and God’s been so good, blessing my family relationships and making them so much more wholesome and healthy compared to when He wasn’t at the centre.

I used to be deep in drug, alcohol addictions and fornication. The Lord our Saviour Jesus Christ saved me. He saved me from all the things I thought I would never be saved from. Now the Lord has made me strong for those who are weak, something I thought I would never be able to do. Put your faith in him.

He called me out from the world, and I'm following him and obeying him.

Jesus delivered my mom grandma and I from a spiritual attack that was set to kill us and rob us by my aunt God told us he saved us because of how diligently and jovially my mom and grandma served him in all their seasons of life

Thank You Braxton and Thank You Jesus!

God has Protected all of my loved ones and myself, he has guided me down the right paths and when I stumble off of it he helps me navigate my way back on to it. I Love God so so very much. He has done way way way way way more than I can even say and think of and has done things to help me that I don’t even know yet, he has helped me be the Best me and is still helping and guiding me to be an even better me. I have more room to improve and get better with God and he knows that, I have Faith that he is doing that but I also have to work and hustle to also get better. I Thank God so so so so so much and I know that me and God are just getting started in this Walk and Journey in Christ. God has made me into a more respectful and just overall better human being and he has made me a Great Athlete but I still am hustling to get tremendously better with Him. I Thank God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for giving me this wonderful life and I am going to Praise God and Thank him for how he has trained me and taught me to be a better overall Person.
