- In this week's episode, I will discuss the meaning of life. I will discuss a few of the many reasons God put us all here on earth and how we can use the time we have here wisely. We will cover Matthew 22:34-40, Matthew 20:26-28, Galatians 2:20, John 12:25-26, 1 Timothy 6:17-19, Colossians 3:1-2, James 4:13-16, and Matthew 6:19-21.

it is wild how many people i see that are comprehending they’re worth and reason to live with works on this Earth, people see money and accomplishments as their own worth, that is the saddest thing to see. A human who doesn’t put his will of life in God, is just someone chasing to catch light with it’s own hands, its wasteful and never fulfilling, instead of chasing something that isn’t eternal and can be taken from you, seek God and you’ll always have a reason to live and no matter what you’ll never be taken away from him by others.
1. A generous life is a true life.
2. Love your neighbour as your self.
To answer your question, as a non-religious person, my life has SO MUCH MEANING.
but the meaning is not inherent in anything. I make it up, just like you do by believing in God, and any other conscious being.
The premise of "what's the meaning of life" is inherently presumptuous.
LIFE is contingent. organisms evolve to survive,
& meaning is sought & made up by us once survival is no longer a concern.
you are correct, we happen to have been born (we are incredibly lucky to be),
we live for a certain amount of time (80 years among the most privileged of us),
an then our consciousness returns to the same state of non-existence it was in before birth.
it's not "nothing mattered - you were just here."
it's "you were just here - you were INCREDIBLY LUCKY, everything mattered."
my life has SO MUCH purpose - loving others, helping those in need, fighting for justice for the oppressed, caring for nature, making music, teaching, learning.
there is so much purpose in my life even though i'm aware god is unlikely to exist.

My life has never been the same after trusting in God. His love quenches my thirst, I can die today happy knowing I have lived a life worth living, because I have been living a life walking with God. He is real, what he offers is real, he is so real.
I always think of what Jesus said in John 17:1-6
He is the model for our lives and He felt complete knowing He glorified God in the time He had on the earth!
I can give all of my love everyday of my life and never run out

The Lord has given meaning to everything in my life! So because of that, I abstain from a lot of things in this life. Things that I feel, and know would dishonor God. I try to store my treasures in Heaven instead of on Earth, but while I’m on this Earth, I try to live a life led my God. Praise Jesus for this life worth living! God bless you all!

3:49 Okay as a Christian the message is starting great, this really resonates with me as I have learned this trough Him and the faith He gave me, although I must correct that there IS morality even in a none-Christian life and mindset. This may feel reductive to the non-Christians watching this video, which is unfortunate since we all want them to watch this very helpful video as well, as they often heard they must not have a sense of moral or goodness in them without devoting their lives to God. Recently I have a lot of struggle with my faith. I cant handle the vision of God from Old Testament and I don't have problem with following Jesus but I have problem with understanding the God from Old Testament. Why God was so brutal and angry if He loves us. I have mess in my head. Do you have any idea to help me?
