I just stopped at a local small store 50 count 9 for 22 bingos of target. Go to the big box store same box 15-17 bingos, and they also have target/self defense for the same price.
As much as people hate walmart, I've been getting 22lr there anywhere from 6.2 cents per round all the way down to 5.1 cents per round. Last Monday and Tuesday I got 2100 rounds of 22lr for 5.1 per and 650 rounds at 6.2 per at Walmart.
@@andrewmconrad Thanks. I have two on my way home i will check almost everyday. I am starting to see a larger variety there lately. Even some 300 blackout on occasion.
@@andrewmconrad Yes it surprised me also. It was the first time i noticed it there because I use to only get shotgun rounds there. But now noticed that and 7.62, 308, 350 legend, 270 win and others.
Let it sit on shelves at these prices. We the consumer have the power to drive prices up or down. If we stop buying at these prices. They will come down. It’s happened before. You want lower prices? Stop buying it at these ridiculous prices!
In my area of Wisconsin it's all over the bord one town has blazer 9 for $17 go half way across and same ammo $36. I travel for work so I get to see all the shops. 👍
Good score on the ammo. Prices in SoCal are not nearly as good. I broke down and paid $75 (!!!) for a 500 round brick of CCI 40 grain Standard Velocity .22LR. What was I thinking?! Good to see that you got the plate carrier and are wearing it, getting use to it.
@@andrewmconrad I'm in CA! Everything in CA is illegal or bound up in red tape and taxed. Federal bulk .22 was cheaper... but for the money CCI is the better cartridge.
I was at my local Academy Sports last week, and for the first time in over a year I actually saw 9mm Blaser Brass ($17.99) and 5.56 Winchester ($14.00) on the shelfs. Still high, but hopefully a sign of good things to come.
I will never buy that Frontier bs ammo. It is over pressured af and i kept having blown out primers from the used casings. On one occasion it jammed my AR completely and I had to mortar it to get the casing out.
Just read the book you talked about "One Second After" and God help us if that should happen to us. Buy the way in Las Vegas the Steel Case 9mm $50 per 50 round box, I buy mine at Ammo seek.
Man, that book was something else. Really opened my eyes in so many ways. That sucks about Vegas and their prices. It's getting cheap online too AAF said that academy is shipping ammo again as well
I got a box of 150 of that Frontier w/Hornady bullet @ local RK for .38/round. The Ruger MPR likes it! Also today 8/5 local RK was putting out 9mm when I arrived about 5pm. 50+ cases of Rem brown box @ $22.99/50 & 30+ cases of Rem green box @ $16.99/50. Over 40K rounds of 9mm in 1 day, but won't last long 'cuz no limits. Good haul for you. 👍
That Aguila Sniper Subsonic ammo may not cycle a blow back semi auto It doesn't have enough "juice" behind it. It's really designed for a bolt or single shot rifle.

Our local bi mart has had 100 rd boxes of federal 5.56 American eagle for 62 cents a round. Not bad for around here.
Top Favorite movies of all time "Skin that Smokewagon"
I learned my lesson in 2012. Stocked up slowly now I have enough. No need to hog.
They prices are getting better
Good book, I read the series
hope these prices hit CA sooner than later
I order my ammo online. I miss shopping.
Ammo prices are getting better for sure.
How is rural king able to charge far less than other retailers?

Those are great prices. Haven't gotten lucky with the walmarts down here by me. Maybe at some point. Nice scores!

@@tjsmith3060 oh wow. 300 BO at Walmart? I'll definitely have to go there more regularly now

I am really very impressed with the quality and consistency of Aguila ammo. It is clean burning and shoots reliably.
Great price on the Rural King 9mm 300 rds $89 👏👏👏👏

You can get cheaper from cci directly, right? Just have to have it shipped to an FFL? Does that cost you extra money?

I'm in NorCal, prices suck up here too. Not to mention availability is still bad.

Awesome review brother. Wait till you read the second book. I listened to them on audiobook anddddd the causes me to really put stuff back
I have read all 3 of the books by the author of One Second After. Great series!!

You can find cheaper online with free shipping..37 cent per is what I’m seeing on 9mm and 50-60 on 5.56
Forgive me if I don’t shake hands.
Nice ammo score enjoy watching your ammo hunts have a great day Andrew 😎🔫💥💥🇺🇸

Good to know, thanks!
Is this Ft Myers Naples?
Yep
Cool. Gives me hope. Just missed out.
Just gotta get lucky with timing. RK will usually put a shipment out in stages, bass pro it all goes out at once
I ran into your channel and I have to say you have some awesome content! Thank you for all the information its very helpful, subed.👌👍💯
Nice... That frontier 5.56, aguila 9mm and win .40 were priced damn near right!
Thank you now I need to rent tombstone
It's a classic!
8.99 per 20 is a pretty good price, and cheaper than my cost on the last batch of Frontier 55 grain I got in.
Jhp 9 mm 124 grains home defense quality is still really pricey. About $.90 per shot. Not much practice…
Good stuff, I'm gonna check out the gainsville rural King tomorrow.
Nice, lemme know if you score
Nice score 👏👌👍
Must be nice to be able to pass on 9mm for 27.99 that’s the cheapest in my area
With all the people commenting on my ammo videos, we are very fortunate here in SWFL
Looks like a good haul.
.30 a round , great score 👍
Maybe we could buy quality American ammunition from the Taliban, since Biden gifted them tons of it !!!
That book is amazing!!!!! The second book is okay and the third book sucks ass.
Oooo, good to know. I just started the second one, but haven't picked up the 3rd yet. I guess I'll see how it goes
