making cakes until we're good enough to make our own wedding cake - ep 2: raspberry lemonade cake

January came at us FAST! a little rushed but still a cute cake -
recipe:
sponge cake:
100g flour
100g butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
chopped raspberries
lemon zest
raspberry lemonade icing:
165g butter
190g icing sugar
splash of raspberry lemonade
hope the sound is better this time! there's still tweaks and things to be made to filming and format but hoping this episode was an easier watch :)
