Is using live mackerel legal ? Watched a lot of cape cod videos and never seen anyone use live bait. What is the best time of the year to fish cape cod ?

You can use live bait, just make sure you are using the required equipment like inline circle hooks etc.

Do you use anything other than the savage sandeel at canal? Also what’re your go to sizes for the canal for sandeel, 3oz or 5 3/4?

MrKUWALA we use top water lures as well. Our go to is the 5 3/4 oz for the sandeels

@@catchingzzzsoutdoors1872 Nice! Thank you for responding. I have another question. I fish with Macro, clams, squid and stuff like that. After seeing this video, I went and bought some lures similar to the one you are using. Do I have to put like a clip or something on the lure, where I tie the knot or I can just tie a knot regularly? If so what are they called and where can I find them.
