The replacements are good, but lack the energy. It's like Blink without Mark and Travis and with only Tom left: they would be an ok band, but not as great as they have been or as they are now.

The sheer PASSION of the delivery. It's an absolute joy and a pleasure to watch and listen to this. @@drumsonly44 that's a touch harsh (I'm a drummer - maybe you are ?) - I just did a quick metronome exercise - song starts at 182 PM and rises steadily to a max of 189 bpm (approx) with some fluctuation in between. I reckon that's quite consistent given they are not playing to a click track. Drummer is under pressure of tv, loaded with adrenaline and maybe nerves (and it's a VERY lively paced song) - and by God I think it's an AWSOME performance 😉😉 These guys are TIGHT

As an American, I approve and agree with every word of this song. truer words have rarely been spoken before. I used to believe that we were the world's savior. I believed we stood for something that was honest and noble. I, along with the rest of us over here, was duped. It's a sobering realization to come to. Do me a favor, please. Don't judge people from other countries by their government. Governments are the worst representatives of their citizenry.

He did mention American but it wasn’t about America but the singer himself and his own views and how he viewed his life. It seems to be he felt more American but then said “Why can’t you be more European?” In the next verse referring to how he wanted to feel more European instead from where he grew up in the UK. America does clearly have a place in the song though and his heart clearly to be mentioned in that verse and context.

The drumming may be a little up and down, but the band keep up with it, all of the call and response between the guitars flow nicely and everything fits. I was adoring it massively, and then the 'its not enoughs' came in and I upgraded this song/performance to All Time Greatness.

I always felt like this is one of those bands I should get into more.
Being a Swede, I haven't heard much of their songs outside of the hits like 'Helicopter' and 'Banquet'.
They're great and the singer has a fantastic voice for this type of sound. Any suggestions?

    Friggin' LOVE it!!!
