using the Amana Tool item no. 46200-K 1/8" Spektra ™ coated downcut bit to machine this piece on both sides.

Feed Rate: 60ipm
Plunge Rate: 30ipm
Depth of cut: .125"

After machining on both sides I got the piece finished with Odie's Oil, available on our website, and got the LED lights installed to finish off this sign. Really happy with how it turned out!

Does anyone who doesn't own a CNC machine ever make tutorial videos. Only large carpentry workshops have the type of tools this guy has. And they've been doing them for about 10 years now.
