Flew with Austrian from Vienna to Tokyo Narita last year on the 777 economy and I had a very pleasant experience. The crew was so friendly.

Austrian's services seems really excellent. I don't why Austrian don't get a 5-star title from SkyTrax? They deserve to it. I hope they will be 5-star soon
Yeah. Many people underestimate Austrian because they only think about airlines like BA and Lufthansa.
Maple Kerman I think BA and LH is overated
Vinavia BA is terrible. Not overrated at all. They'll probably go bankrupt soon hopefully.

I was in Vienna two weeks ago! Beautiful city. Then I took a plane to Madrid from Terminal 1 :) I really liked the airport, I think it's very well organized, and the WC were super comfortable. I was fascinated with the "City Airport Train" you guys have. I took the subway near my hotel and then the CAT. Really amazing and fast !

Great TR as always! Thank you for having kept the cabin announcement in Japanese: the F/A reminds that it's 1 year and 8 months since the last flight to NRT. The DO&CO catering is always impeccable, however I expected more from breakfast in terms of quantity. No fruit available? And thanks for showing us that row 19 does not have windows, so it's not good for us! XD
